For example Zlatan is a very strong player, DP's physical ability isn't that good. Zlatan is a monster in the air, DP can't compete with most defenders in the air. Zlatan is both a physical and a skillful player, DP is 95% reliant on his technical ability. Zlatan can lead the line and be the main striker like he is doing at Barca right now and at the same time he can play as a second striker that drops deep to pick the ball up and bring teammates into play, DP can only play as a second striker, he cannot lead the line or be the main striker.

That's all because he's physically stronger and also taller than Del Piero so it's just like you going into a circle repeating the same thing. Other than that, there's no single aspect in which Zlatan can do better than Del Piero. As I said, Alex has got better shots, better passes, better vision and better freekicks. He's mentally stronger than Ibra, he is more versatile and as I said before, he has a much stronger left foot than the Swede.

Therefore Zlatan is a more complete player, but he is not a better player. Same as Ronaldo being more complete than Messi but not better than him.

You could have brought better examples as I completely agree that being a more complete player doesn't make you a better one.

Real Madrid and Barca are both easily winning against the smaller teams, but Real has an advantage over Barca in that they won some tough away games. Beating Deportivo and Valencia away is an amazing feat. The fact that they beat both teams in the absence of Kaka and Ronaldo goes to show that Real have more depth than Barcelona too. Somehow i do not see Barcelona doing so well with Xavi and Messi missing.

This could very well be Real Madrids year.
