I still think Atletico will win, and if they don't then it's their own fault for throwing it away since they should be beating this Barca side. Even with the injuries they're a stronger more organized unit.

Whoever wins it, would deserve it. Unlike cup competitions, I don't think luck can play a big part in a league campaign, because unless you're consistent in obtaining results, you won't be there or thereabouts to benefit from luck.

I always thought it was sensationalist when media and fans alike described this period Barca is going through as a "crisis", I would agree that they are on a steady downhill slope for 2-3 years now, but while they are not as good as they were 2-3 years ago, they're still one of the top teams in Europe. I mean they reached the Copa final, and only lost to a goal in the final few minutes by a Real Madrid team that is world class. They've always been close to the top in the Liga, and they went out of the CL losing to a very effective team that also beat Mourinho's Chelsea en route to the final. Granted, lots of Barca wins have been unconvincing, and many of them have been won only due to individual brilliance sometimes from an Iniesta, Messi or Neymar, but can anyone deny that they're one of the top 5 teams in Europe easily this season?

In general yes, that's why I still think of league trophies being a higher achievement than cup trophies, but if it's just 1-2 points that are decisive in the end, luck can still play a huge part, as everything depends on one single game, just as with cup competition.

Yes but thats what I'm saying, if you aren't good enough over the course of 9 months, you wouldn't even be close, so luck wouldn't help you. However if you are behind first place with a few points, and you get lucky, you would deserve it because you were good enough to be thereabouts come the end of the season.

Cant wait for tomorrow.

Last day of the EPL and the La Liga title showdown albeit being the penultimate day.

Hopefully we get to see some drama and perhaps a twist in the plot.

Both leagues have been simply amazing to watch this season.

Are you saying Serie A hasn't been amazing to watch this season? That twist when we got ahead of Roma during their unbeaten run was truly breathtaking.

Atleti win pls.
They'll be crowned champions if the other scores stay as it is and they beat Malaga.
