Assuming (and it's a big IF) all three of Barca, Real and Atletico win against the small teams:

1. Real will win the title if Barca beat Atletico
2. Atletico will win the title if they don't lose against Barca
3. Barca can't win the title.

For Barca to win the title Real needs to lose points against Celta, Valladolid or Espanol, and Barca needs to beat Atletico.

To win the title:
Atleti - 2 games left : One draw and one win is enough, vs Malaga (13th in the table) at home and vs Barca away.
Barca - 2 games left: they must win with Elche (14th in the table) away and Atleti at home and Real must drop points in one game.
Real - 3 games left: they must win 3/3, vs Valladolid away (19th) , vs Celta Vigo away (9th) and Espanyol at home (12th) and Atletico must lose 1 game.

In case of equal points finish:
Atleti&Barca -> depends on last game, first game Atleti plaed at home and it was 0-0
Barca&Real -> Barca wins
Atleti&Real -> Atleti wins
