ATM need 4 points to clinch the title !!
Yup

Assuming (and it's a big IF) all three of Barca, Real and Atletico win against the small teams:

1. Real will win the title if Barca beat Atletico
2. Atletico will win the title if they don't lose against Barca
3. Barca can't win the title.

For Barca to win the title Real needs to lose points against Celta, Valladolid or Espanol, and Barca needs to beat Atletico.

Not better than Barca - they are only 3 points behind Atletico now. They can win it as well.
 didn't realise that, for some reason I thought they were out of running after their draw yesterday. so if Barca wins both their 2 matches they win the title regardless of other results??

edit: saw Alen's post, Madrid still ahead of Barca if they win remaining matches.

So, if all three teams stay this way into the final weekend... Barcelona needs to beat Atletico and have Real lose or draw home to Espanyol to win the title. Real needs Barca to beat Atletico. And Atletico needs a draw... Luckily, both games start at the same time.

Does Barca go for it and risk handing the title to Real? and potentially a treble?

Nope. Because Real Madrid just got a crucial point today. If Barca wins both their game they are dependent on Real not getting 9 points in their remaining 3 games.

Nope, if Real win their games they will be in front of Barca.

Im ready to take a sig or avatar bet with anyone willing.
Atleti wont lose to Barca
It is at Camp Nou... I could see Barca winning, yet for some reason, I see them also keeping an eye on what's happening in Madrid. If the table holds as is going into that last round and Real goes up early or big against Espanyol, I could Barca giving up the ghost and letting Atletico waltz their way to the title...

Still, Real should have won this after the opportunity they were given. Since they didn't win, only a Barca win against Atletico will do for Real. If Real won, even a draw on Barca-Atletico would have been enough.

Barca were so close to being the winner of the round and very possibly the league winner. Then Getafe and Real score in the last seconds :D

Both goals are great imo - even the Real goal. As much as I hope Atletico wins the championship, I just like excitement more than Atletico. Hopefully we'll get a drama that involves Pepe going mental and Messi choking - and of course Atletico winning the championship.

The irony is that Ronaldo just did a huge favor to Atletico :D

If he didn't score Real would be out of title race and Atletico would have to avoid losing to Barca in the last match. But now that Real can be ahead of Barca in the end if they win the remaining games, I believe Barca would rather let Atletico win the league than Real.

Ibrahimovic scored bunch of goals in the same style - nobody give a damn, but if it's ronaldo's goal then everyone is crazy :sergio:
I like both, RUS. Don't get mad. But this goal, in the stoppage time, could very well turn out to be the decisive goal in the battle for the championship.

If he didn't score he'd have done a favor to Barca :D

This goal was really greatness. From the way it was scored, to the meaning it has and the way it complicates the fight for the trophy. It leaves everyone in the game.

This. Messi Choking, and Pepe going mental. That's my ideal last round.
