It's a matter of opinion, I guess.

Di Maria's end product can be frustrating at times, but I believe he's very underrated and I go as far as saying that he's one of their best players. Again, not to take anything away from Bale, but the fact he's an EPL player, his abilities tend to get overrated and gives out the wrong impressions of him to those who are not frequent viewers of the league.

I too think that Bale would struggle outside the EPL.

I don't like Barcelona at all. I am just pointing out how passions in football easily swing from one extreme to the other. Now we are seeing comments like Puyol is average and Varane is the world class, best defender in the world, and that Di Maria has more talent in his left toe than Gareth Bale, etc etc.

Nowadays everything is just extreme hype or extreme criticism.
