What if Pep snatches both from him, will you join me and Melo's camp, the Pep is better than Mou camp? :D
I'll join the camp "Pep owned Mourinho hard" for sure. I really dislike the "Who's better?" argument though, because there are a lot of if's, like for example if they competed in different league with different teams. If Conte and Pep switched places, I believe both Barcelona and Juve would be worse. Still, I think Madrid will win at least one of Liga or CL, actually I favor them winning in both competitions.

If you want to question him on something its his stubbornness and man management, or player management, with how he has treated certain players (Yaya, Eto'o etc).
I've read that Pep hates the big egos who dominate dressing rooms, so I'm not sure if that influenced his decision on a lot of players like Eto'o. That could be down to whether he's able to handle them or not though. Or even Zlatan, I'm not sure what the fuck happened there.

A lot points towards Guardiola leaving Barcelona and trying out something new though, he only signs one year extensions with Barcelona. I think he'd be interesting in Italy.

I am sure barca will win both La Liga and the CL but still insist that Mourinho is the better manager of the two.
Likely to win CL, two leg ties they can do damage still, though wouldnt be suprised if they lost at all (the defence and onesided attack), but the league, I would is still Reals, 4 pts is nothing much, but enough for Real to hold onto it, and Barca will still have away games to under perform in.

Osman, what are your thoughts on the classico? if you agree that its almost a guaranteed 3 points for Barca, then holding on to the league might be a bit difficult for Real, they still have the ability to win all their remaining games barring the Classico though, so the league title is still in their hands, and its only theirs to lose.

Yeah classico will be a draw at best, most likely a loss as usual, even if Real havent faced as weakend Barca as this current one is. But the mental block of theirs plus Barca's gameplan remaining the same despite their issues as I mentionned, prolly means another win. But I dont put as much stock to that one game as before, because this current Barca can lose pts at any of the away games they have left, something they would hardly even considered to have been in the past except few tough games (like Bilbao away etc).

Considering the game left between them it is 1 point we are talking about and once this happens barca will not drop any single point, home or away. The CL is 100% guaranteed for barca, let's not even discuss it.

Fred: Wasn't it you and me that discussed, how unsustainable Barca's system is, a couple of years ago?
I don't remember, but it probably was. I don't think they can continue playing in this same way forever, for many reasons, some time along the line they're going to have to adapt. Producing players like Xavi, Iniesta and Messi at one time is not always possible, so they can't always expect to outplay teams so consistently.

About Sanchez. I think Barcelona is making him to be their Ronaldo. Their style was very similar while they played on the wing and now when Alexis moves forward they play the same way and they really remind me of each other TBH.

I remember when I said how we should buy him like 3 years ago, his price didn't even reach 10mln. But yeah, majority kept saying how he's inexperienced. :howler:
