How is what of anything you just said arguments for your claim Douchen? 
You just basically said he isnt Mourinho, so he is way worse automatically. I'm not disagreeing Mourinho is better or proven more (duh), but seriously, cut it out with the hyperbole. Only thing that makes sense is Pep is part of a very successful footie philosophy/system, but he rejuvenated that alot for Barca (if no coach can have any credit for being successful with it, then I assume only Rinus Michel should be credited for everything...). It was pretty much waning down when he took over the "project". In particular liked the insanely effective pressing game his Barca played as soon as he took over.

Guardiola made a revolution. He won the CL with players who only some years earlier won the CL and only months before he joined won the EC with Spain. But that doesn't matter because he too won with them and he's the reason for the success in Barcelona

What Mourinho surely has over pep is versatility, man management, he's alao very good at getting under the rival's skin by any means necessary.
He has played 4-3-3, 4-1-2-1-2, 4-2-3-1 and has been successful with most of them (not so successful with the diamond at Chelsea).
And makes his teams play against his rival's weaknesses. (converting Eto'o into a winger for the good of the team for example)
While Pep almost always plays the same formation (only recently has started trying with a 3-4-3) and always relies on his plan A.
Don't know if he has a plan B so I won't say he doesn't, he really hasn't had the need to use it yet though.

I'd still bet on Madrid winning at least one of CL and La Liga, possibly both. In his second full season at Porto Mourinho won league and CL, in his second season at Chelsea he won the league claiming 1st spot from first till the last round and went out in CL semis I think, in his second season at Inter he won CL and League. This is the prime of Mourinho in Real, I refuse to believe he'll get nothing out of it.
I don't think Mourinho is scared of Pep, or Pep is a better coach. But Barca are definitely better than Real and they both know it. Real may have the better individual players but they can't match up Barca's system and they do have a bunch of retards in defense not to mention the chokers in attack.

He's had two fucking years with this team, most of them are his signings, which he spent a lot of money on, its his second year, when can he be held responsible for his own team's faults. This is BS, if he wins with them, then thats because he's a great coach, but if he loses its because the team isn't good and it isn't his fault. At least have some freakin consistency, you either credit him for winning and criticize him for losing, or don't blame him for losing and don't credit him when he wins.

Ok, let me answer this one eventhough I just woke up and can't see much. Your argument is weak, and this is why:
Conte came to Turin when we ended 7th for two years, right? Right. He took over when we only had decent/good players in the squad, right? Right. Nobody expected us to chase Scudetto this season, nobody (maybe just some 9yo kid yelling all over the forum like RUS). Most of our fans two years ago were like 'Oh, we play today... I'm gonna feel sick after seeing us out there' and there was a reason. The reason was that we sucked. Since he came over we're seeing totally different Juve as he's pulling 150% from our players. We're seeing well organized defense (we did concede less than any other team out there), hungry, motivated players. We're chasing Scudetto, we reached the final in Coppa and we're even getting that CL spot. What Conte did this season was/is great, not to say amazing.
Pep arrived at a team that was winning La Liga, winning Champions League and that had (read) World Class players and a young Messi developing into a beast. Most of their players were in the squad that won Euros with Spain. He motivated their players and they were and still are on the top of their form (especially Messi). SAME players that are in Barcelona did win that WC and they played almost the same way Barca plays. Now, when you put those players that won every fucking thing even before Pep arrived and almost the same team that won the World Cup WITHOUT Pep's guidance, you get amazing players on the paper. Now, when you add to that Messi who's the best player out there (if you're bitter one and think that Ronaldo is better then count him as second best) you get one team that's winning trophies like no other team.
