Barca are the best and are marketing themselves like that as well. Saying they're one of the sneakiest and least professional teams EVER is really exaggerating to an incredible level. TBH, I find most of their players and the coach very likable. Messi is the best player in the world and yet he's not arrogant and cocky like Ronaldo, Iniesta, Xavi, Guardiola all seem like good guys as well. What do they do on the field? Do they dive? Yeh, of course they do, so does every other team on the planet? Do they complain to the ref? Yeah, so does every other team on the planet? Do they have a lot of weight behind their complaints because of their status? Yes, that comes with the teritorry being the best, we used to have that once upon a time as well.

So really I dont see why they're one of the sneakiest or least professional teams ever. Give me some examples what makes them so much worse than other clubs?

And TBH they are a role model for most clubs in terms of how to operate. They have the best player in the world that was their own product. They have Fabregas, Xavi, Iniesta, Pedro, Busquets, Pique... all their own products from their own school of football. They play beautiful football thats great to watch. They win. Of course they are a rolemodel for other clubs. YYou're not suggestiong that clubs shpuld look to us to be rolemodel, or some other team? The best is always the rolemodel because you want to be the best.
The way Valdes and half the Barcelona players run to the ref for the simplest of fouls, in order to put pressure on him every time is disgusting.

The way Xavi, Pique and Valdes conducted themselves in the past 2 years toward Arsenal in the Cesc saga is despicable, never have i seen any other club behaving so unprofessionally.

I don't deny they are the best team in the world, under Pep they have been the best team in the past 3 years undeniably. Their football is the best out there, they can outplay and outclass almost any team. I have nothing against their football, its the non football side of them that is extremely disgusting.

it was explained to you 3 times now in the last 2 pages, you conveniently choose to ignore their extra-sportal actvities and aspirations and blame it on marketing, thats like saying its perfectly ok to use human shields because it works. Juventus was never that, please stop saying we were once that, i understand you not sharing on the hate but it's something else comparing us to that sham of a club. Are they footbalistically the ebst team in the world? no doubt. Are they also a hypocritical disgrace to sports? no doubt about that either.

I'm not ignoring anything, it's just that you say they have this attitude and that they're this and that without that many examples. But OK, let's say thats true. Regarding the Cesc transfer, there have been much, much wors cases, luring kids away, talking to players directly before the club (Roma ban for example), forcing the team into a transfer (When we did it with Emerson everybody loved it), Figo's precontract with Real, etc. So I wouldnt say that Barca's conduct in the Cesc transfer was that bad. How many times to we say that hopefully KRasić can talk to Ivanović to join us for example, or that we can use this player to get that player, etc. About the way they talk and complain all the time, what about Moruinho? He's the king of media games, complaining about the refs, making pressure on them, etc, but everybody loves it when he does it.

About extra sporting activities. To the best of my knowledge they were the only big club not to have a shirt sponsor? They promoted UNICEF and in fact donated money to them. Why do people also conveniently forget the good things they do?

OK, Barca might be terrible etc. But let's try not have double standards when it's 50 times worse just because it's Barca and let's try to keep things in perspective and not be hypocritical is all I'm saying and I'm not even a BArca fan.

About their fans: like I said, only your shit dont stink, everybody says other clubs fans, especially rivals or big clubs, are disgusting. Well, newsflash: we're disgusting to them as well and they're average people, just the same as any fan on here, I sincerely doubt our fanbase is on average any different to any other clubs.

I think if they dropped the act and got off their high horse a lot of people will accept them more. We sold a lot of players over the years, but never have i seen a team behave the way Barcelona did in the Cesc saga. Extremely unprofessional.

Ok. who's more disgusting Barcelona or Man Utd?
I hate United so much more, and would no doubt support Barcelona more than Maher does when they meet. Still, one has to be honest, United are no worse than your average team, Barca is definitely more disgusting.

Doesn't matter though, i still hate United more and was happy to see Barca outclass them last May :D

it is all due to jealousy, back then when Juve was the strongest and most dominant, we were "cheaters", "doping users", "refeere lovers" etc etc, I remember the same "nicknames" back then in 1996,97,98 , the same

Mourinho is worse than Barca imo.

Yet Mourinho does not claim to be on the moral high ground. Other teams have acted as despicably if not more than Barca in the Cesc case, yet those teams have not pretended to be moral agents.

How/where is their moral superiority visible?

Barca-Real

Barca do slightly better
Real put up a fight
Brawl
Barca Win
Brawl

May as well be staged, for the most exciting Derby in world football it's as stale as Fergie's balls.

They explicitly say that they are a model of professionalism several times, and their motto "mes que un club".

Like I said before, they are and should be a model for most clubs.

AS for the motto, look at some other football clubs similar mottos:

AC Milan: il club piu titolato al mondo (the most successful club)
Everton Football Club: Nil satis nisi optimum (Only the best is good enough)
Sport Lisboa e Benfica: E Pluribus Unum (Out of many, one)

Football is called mored than just a game. I dont see whats wrong with having a motto of more than a club?
