i don't know why Ronaldinho ruined his career like that but this goes for most of Brazilian players too. bad attitude always hunts them. but this guy was the best at his prime even better than our Messi, he got the potential to be on of the best ever. and phat Ronaldo is the best striker till now. and Del Piero is the best SS i have ever seen. and Mardonna is the absolute magic, the best ever.
standards of this days ain't that good specially when someone like cr7 competes for the best player in the world.
i miss the 90's :(
Competes? CR7 IS the best player in the world at the moment.

If you really want a gifted Brazilian, it was Djalminha. The guys was absolutely sublime for deportivo & he really never reached his full potential because of his shitty attitude. I think the 90's & early 2000 really produced some of the best & magical players around.

Djalminha was great. So was Valeron after him. Depor were great to watch in the late 90's and early 2000's.

I was going out with a Deportivo fan during that period and even went to a couple of games, interesting times :anon:

They were an excellent team built from little. You just couldn't do that now, the closest would be Villarreal, and it shows the gap between the top two in Spain and the rest.

I havent even tuned into the game yet because I'm watching EPL highlights (David Silva is so fucking awesome...), thinking "hey, have time, not much will happend" before switching to their game, but ofcourse, hehe, and Cesc keeps scoring.

Barca will continue to dominate until teams start adapting to their tactics. They can hold the ball for 70% of the match even with their 3rd stringers and young players. Either they have the 40 best players in the world or have figured something out. :shifty:
