Pretty early to describe things this way.
There's always a risk, with any player given. I don't think many predicted Torres to choke so much when he joined Chelsea.

I think risk is rather low when it comes to Neymer who's IMO the best talent coming out in the world of football.

Because they are not 'proven' in the Italian way?

Sahin and Neymar are going to be great, if not amazing.
Solid suggests the signing of sensible, reliable players.

I'm not saying those are bad signings by Real (though I don't see the need for Coentrao), I just wouldn't call them solid.

Imagine Milan selling their most important player, the key factor to winning their title just one season after he bloomed.

Thaigo Silva is on his way to barca :)
    How did you conclude this?

He only said that Barcelona are showing interest in him and that they must talk directly to Milan instead of approaching him. After that he added that his plan is to retire in Milan and his #33 jersey to be retired the way Maldini's and Baresi's jerseys were.

i just think he will he talked about them like they are gods and barca need a dc and probably they will get a discount for putting ibra in the deal.
footballers change their mind every day maybe when he said that there was no interest in him at all.

and that he already talked to with the club and milan has to give their approve of that

Yeah, but next time please don't present your opinion as a fact and done deal.
You got me excited for nothing about Milan losing such an instrumental player :D

And barca getting that instrumental player is good?
Sure not, but Barca almost doesn't need CBs because they are hardly forced to defend. That little defending they need to do is done pretty well by Pique, Puyol, Mascherano etc.
Silva will be muuuuuuch bigger lose for Milan than a gain for Barca.

young players like this, any player actually, would need the right environment in which to develop and express themselves properly. It remains to be seen if Real Madrid with all the high expectations and pressure to always win, resulting from monstrous investments, and lack of patience with under-performing youngsters would turn out to be the right place for players like Neymar, Sahin, etc to properly develop their game.
I'd say their chances for failure at Real are higher than those at most other big European teams but, I guess, time will tell.

    :agree:

if a player really wants out of a team, there is nothing that team can do but maximize their profit from the sale ... it's in their best interest, in the end of the day. Luckily for Milan, this is not the case with TS - I am sure he won't cry if he is sold to Barca but he is definitely not pushing for the transfer himself.

This being said, right now Barca cannot afford TS with all the other targets they have in mind - last summer, when TS was still finding his way at Milan, the club refused an offer of 35+ mil for him ... imagine what type of money would take to get him out of Milan now when he has become possibly their most valuable player and one of the top defenders in the world, in general.

Especially since Pique will get a very tiring year next year, rumours are he scored in his bed and thus Shakira is pregnant
