A Juventus.com forum? No thanks. We really don't need there shoddy webmanship, plus we will be bound with the clubs direction and policies, which doesn't really sound appealing.

    most of the J1897 members moved to the giulemanidallajuve forum. Our Italian section will be lonely I'M afarid. :(

    One of the reasons of J1897's debacle was that they couldn't show ads anymore.
    Another one is that an unknown party contacted the admin and threatened to take legal actions for some copyrighted material found on the site.

    Andrea(20 years old) got scared and closed the site.

    They could re-open it one day but he won't be part of it.

    Conspiracy theories have surfaced over there also about the closing of J1897. Apparently the site is in Giraudo's name and the new management want to get rid of everything linked with the Triade. Apparently the thousands of posts about Calciopoli/Farsopoli make too much noise also. BOH!

    132 pages about it. :p
