Were you watching the last game at all? The flick he did was amazing, everyone in the stadium was surprised ... not only Novara's defenders ;) Even Pepe himself was dazzled! Such trickery... (probably CR7 was taking notes if he was watching it). Then you have the pass towards DP, while it was a very complicated situation, Pepe managed to have his hair fixed before (not)making the killer pass. But he had an assist (corner kicks ftw) and grabbed a gol(f) stick - not too shabby from Pepedinho.
I've watched every minute of this season. Pepe has improved but you're embellishing just how much he has. He rarely turns players inside out and beats them and his crossing is still not good enough to be in that position. That's what I would like to see from our forwards. Just because he has improved doesn't mean we shouldn't aim higher than him.

Agree with you there. We must go for someone better if we wanna play CL level football and how long can Conte make use of a player who is not technically good, form is temporary but class is permanent. In that Roma game, he was invisible. He is a good bench player, someone who can cover multiple roles and good chap to have for the dressing room as well, but we got to aim higher. We need a some class on the flanks and forward line, to compete with Milan who are technically superior.

It's possible sure, but I gave 3 counterexamples in my post and all were bought by Marotta, so it's not a GUARANTEE. Some reading comprehension wouldn't hurt you Osman or Bianconero81. I'd rather keep him than sell him for 15 mil €. He would be a perfect sub, can cover both sides has great stamina, low wages, hardworking and maybe we'll be worse off if we sell him.

There are too much haters here. Pepe does his job, why sell him for a small profit? Especially as he is so vital for Conte's system and there is a big question if Marotta will bring a suitable replacement.

15 mil player, if he's not perfect as a sub for that sum then who needs him anyways? 15 mil and they should sell him ASAP

I love his big noggin. It subconsciously makes me wanna fuck him so I can have his children because it represents good health, strength, and just overall dominance so I know my litter will have a better chance at survival.
