Giaccherini is miles ahead of Pepe.

Also, to those who think otherwise, Pepe wasn't the one who passed the ball to Vucinic: it was in fact Giaccherini.
Well he is yet to show it.
Pepe failed pretty much everything he attempted unlike Giaccherini. He also was really wasteful in possession.
The only thing I said, at first, is that Giaccherini is better than Pepe. I didn't said he had the better games. Read more carefully.
LOL ok whatever you say

Yes, Giaccherini always had the better skills ouf of the two, so in theory he already proved it. Your point?
He already proved what? Mauro Zarate has incredible technical ability but he's still a shit footballer.

My point was that Giacc sucked in the first two games and Pepe was better, nothing more. I'm not defending or overrating Pepe I'm stating facts

Quaresma is more skilled than Nedved. Your point?

Had Trezeguet not scored all those goals, he wouldn't be rated as one of the best strikers ever... But he did.
Yes, but the point is, Pepe is a midfielder and he isn't supposed to score goals, he needs to provoke things. he probably won't score regularly either. His two games were really awful bar the goal. Also, his purpose is to contribute to our game and he doesn't.

Also, Quaresma sure isn't the best player out of the two, because obviously Nedved contributed more as a player. Pepe contributes next to nothing to our play, and don't be surprise if he doesn't score in the future.

Also, what will you say if Giaccherini outscore him?

Zarate's decision making is really poor, like Pepe's... and both suck.

Edit: Pepe indeed is the more effective out of the two at the moment. He still isn't the better player.

I don't understand what is there to debate, really.

He was heavily involved in at least a goal for two games now, one proved to be decisive.

With that butterflies and golf swings, how much more provoking do you want? :D

I admit the way I answered your posts was pretty erratic, but seriously I also don't understand either what you're trying to point out. I got some slack because I said Giaccherini was the better player and then you went on saying he played worst in those two games and that he was showing otherwise. Even if it were true, how the hell is it an indicator of him being the better player?

If Lichtsteiner wouldn't have scored at all and if Motta did, would have that mean he is the better player? I extrapolated a little bit, and I know it's a bit different when it comes to defenders in regards to their roles because we expect different things from them, but my point still stands. Giaccherini is the more skilled, be it mentally (example: decision making wise, because yes I consider it a skill) or on the ball and he contribute more overall in a game (even while doing nothing) as he isn't fucking up.

You said Giacc was by far the better player than Pepe. I said he has yet to show it and you disagreed. Understand?

Are you an idiot or what? Your statement can be interpreted in different ways: I thought you were saying he never proved to be better as in overall, did not think you meant on the pitch. Be more precise next time, please.

lol how? He's been terrible in his first two matches, at least Pepe was sprinting up and down his flank, making tackles and pressuring the opposition.

Giacc hasn't done dick.
