I admit the way I answered your posts was pretty erratic, but seriously I also don't understand either what you're trying to point out. I got some slack because I said Giaccherini was the better player and then you went on saying he played worst in those two games and that he was showing otherwise. Even if it were true, how the hell is it an indicator of him being the better player?
If Lichtsteiner wouldn't have scored at all and if Motta did, would have that mean he is the better player? I extrapolated a little bit, and I know it's a bit different when it comes to defenders in regards to their roles because we expect different things from them, but my point still stands. Giaccherini is the more skilled, be it mentally (example: decision making wise, because yes I consider it a skill) or on the ball and he contribute more overall in a game (even while doing nothing) as he isn't fucking up.
