Very average and limited player. Relying on him to be a winger is just as bad as depending on a returning from injury Pepe

We need far better quality if we hope to utilize the 4-3-3. Wingers need to have pace, ability to beat their marker, and cross. Padoin is slow and cumbersome, and is very limited technically.
