rainhard, I was trying to get good trainers for each attribute but when I offer them a contract I'm told that I can only hire them for something else (ex. If I'm getting them as a fitness coach I'm told I can only hire him for something else) so I tried firing one my own but still I got the same message. What do I do?

First , just sack (mutual termination) the coach with low stats in your club.
In my game, the board only give me quota 10 coaches. But I can get 15 coaches.
Try to get all the coach as Coach ( not 1st Team , not youth , not fitness)
just as Coach. If he is a youth / fitness/GK coach , they will accept your offer (with increasing wage).Because coach working for all aspect of training and both first team and youth squad.
But if he is ass manager in his previous club , I don't think they will come to you.
When you search for coach, dont forget to tick "ask assistant to filter out unrealistic target"

And so just hire the coaches as general coach and then assign them? How I search for them is, what ever type I'm looking for and put 'is atleast 19", is that right? I found that the best fitness coach is for Real Betis, so I might hire him then.
Yes, put the .tac file in that location and go to your Tactic section in game, they will show up in Archived Tactics.
Yes, for fitness coach (Aerobic and Strength) try to search for 20 points for fitness. and try to get younger coach. Even his stat only 20 for fitness and the others are sucks , they still can develop in the future.
Looking coach for setpieces is hard in early game. I recommend Paul Mc Guinnes from Man Utd youth coach. 1st season he only get 6 stars.But he will improve in the future and get 7 stars for setpieces coaching.

average 3,6 goal per match. What an attacking style of play.
Compare with my 2nd season achievement 58 goals and 19 conceded (5 games left to full season ).
40 goals and 14 conceded (1/3 of mine). good job. are you play with 4-2-3-1 ???

Based on picture Grygera only has 3 stars for CA and PA
So I think focus of my transfer for next season --> sell this Grygera boy and try to get a RB with 5 or 6 stars ( try to get the best ). this signing will strengthen my RB position. If I buy player with 5 or 6 stars CA based on my scout report, then Cassani (my other RB will go as backup and rotation player).
If I buy player with 2 or 3 stars CA (but he has 5 or 6 PA), then Cassani will go as 1st team player and give this potential player minimal 30 minutes as substite.
After he improve to similar ability with Cassani then he will be the 1st team choice.
I always try to edit size of picture to fit the resolution, but the quality is poor :frown:
