If I sign a player (in January i.e.) who's in the Uefa Cup but not the Champions League, would he then be eligible to play in the CL for me?

I know they'd still be eligable the other way round, going from CL to UEFA Cup, as it follows when teams drop from the group stage into the UEFA Cup

I finished my first season, I won scudetto and board gave ma 60M€ budget amd I signed Mutu for 23M€ and Maxi Rodriguez for 24M€, now I need reinforcements in defensive departement. I've tried to sign Metzelder but he doesn't want to accept contract and Felipe became so expensive near 15-16M€. And biggest problem for me now is that I have to many players at the team and I need to sell, for now I decided to sell: Almirion, Zanetti, Boumsong, Salihamidzic, Gasbarroni (even I recently signed fim for free), Palla (most probaly on co-own) and Camoranesi also I'm considering Iaquinta sale if right offer come in.

You can play Chiellini in CB paired with Criscito. Rafinha @RB for LB try to buy Marcelo from Real Madrid (he has minimum fee release = 8M Euro)

After 2 consecutive win in serie A , Italian Super Coppa, win in CL , European Super cup.

In 3rd season , my teams seem to fucked up. They play like there is no motivation. I'll try to get over this period

btw, I wouldn't recommend selling Camo, he's been amazing in my game so far.

But in my game Camo is pretty poor, he hardly play 7 (Marchionni played way better, but his injury left a mark on his fitness level) and that's whay I bought Maxi. I'm gonan rethink about selling some players and maybe I could loan someone instead of selling.

Btw can anyone tell how good is Lanzafame, he came from loan and his value is pretty good 6,5M€.

Maxi Rodriguez is on fire for me!! He has scored 8 goals in 8 games in Serie A so far, including a hat-trick against Cagliari, and goals against Roma and Milan.

I beat Milan 3-0 Two goals from David and one from Maxi. Maxi has been assisting a lot as well. David hasn't struck high levels of performance yet, but he has been playing well in certain games. Like against Milan he scored 2 goals, and against Cagliari he scored a hat trick. Don't think he has scored in any other matches though so far
