They doesn't have the license. so they activated the file fake.lnc to change that NT to fake players.

You can edit those file with notepad --> value "1" change to "0"
and there is syntax to change the player name in that file to.

Or you can just delete those file / cut to somewhere else.

PS - It's very difficult to get the Bundesliga licenses because the licenses are held not only by the clubs themselves, but also by the league. For example, you all know wallbangers, right? Well I wrote in wallbangers and asked them why they didn't have Bayern and they told me they couldn't get them because the license would cost as much as Man U, Arsenal, Chelsea, and Liverpool combined.
