Of course I agree it should be harder. I've said that plenty of times in tired of repeating it. Taking them away altogether is what I don't agree with.
So we agree. Taking them away altogether won't make sense and won't be possible :D

Germany, for instance, requires a psychological evaluation, the purchase of liability insurance and verifiable compliance with strict firearms storage and safety rules. And self-defense is not even a valid reason to purchase a gun in these countries.
Wow, those crazy Europeans. Whatever next?

'islamic invasion' I love how you can always locate the source's standpoint from the headlines. btw unfortunately you can't get a gun here unless you are a hunter or a collector and in this case you are restricted to what you declared as your collecting field like 'Smith&Wesson handguns 1905-1937'. Can't be post WW2. and you have to go through an ocean of bureaucracy, not the funny american bureaucracy but the german one without beginning and end. Switzerland got the best gun laws

    People be crazy.

That said, it's not that broad of a phenomenom, heard hardly anything about it here - although there were one or two articles about it.

Just googled it, only found two articles from the boulevard print, although the statistic of increased gun sales cited seems to be legit. In any case, I'm glad that restrictions are rather rigid and most guns sold are...scatter guns? Not sure the translation is correct here, this kind of thing basically. Primarily intended for hunters, not combat.

A gunman armed with an AK-47-style weapon burst into a Planned Parenthood clinic in Colorado Springs Friday, shooting at police from inside the building during the ensuing five-hour standoff.

Three people, including a police officer, died during the incident, Colorado Springs Police Department Lt. Catherine Buckley said. Nine others, including five officers, were wounded. All nine were in good condition, Buckley said.

Memorial Hospital in Colorado Springs said Saturday of the four patients it had received, two were discharged. There was no immediate word on the patients at other hospitals.

For those who don't know Planned Parenthood is also an abortion clinic so it could very well be another religious attack but hey, guy's white so the media won't call him a terrorist.

It's still just Antwerp though. Even Brussels is considerably more dangerous.

Yeah, last two years before deciding to restart my studies, i worked as a mobile patroll guard for securitas in vilvoorde and anderlecht. If we had to deviate from our routine schedule cause of an alarm in Molenbeek, the instruction was pretty clear. "asses if from your car, dont leave it, wait for police to arrive, if you see anything suspicious, send alarm signal and get our".

We only had long flashlights, so no real means of protection. During the two years, i've known 5 patroll guards to have been seriously assaulted.

But here is the deal. Thats actual criminal behavior, its not tied to religion. Most of the aggressors where offcourse north africans, or "blacks" (african gangs from brussel), or just easteren european criminals.
Nothing to do with islam specifically.

He's a terrorist. And we should just let punks like that die anonymously.

    Wastes of skin.
