@Bjerknes @Hustini Let's look away from banning guns discussion for one minute. Do you guys think it should be harder to get guns for a regular person, should it be done better background check etc, or do you think it's fine as it is?

It won't make any difference in the world. Criminals will break the law regardless. Once again, Chicago -- total gun ban. Total disaster.

Look at Venezuela. Total gun ban, huge gun-related murder rate. Doesn't change anything at all. To think so is completely delusional.

It should certainly be a thorough background and psych history. Some states have person to person transmission w/ no registration. When i was in louisiana dude tried to sell me guns out back of his car in public...

What i dont agree with are the targeted bans at assault rifles

The only thing that blows people away in my bedroom is my 'shotgun'

    Mmm na.

It's more of a sidearm, a very small sidearm. Bond style.

Holy fucking thats a very sad stats. How the heck can you be a fully develop western country with insane homicide rates like that in your main citities? Most if not ALL of the nations mentionned are all fragile developing nations or anarchy level 3rd world nations.
Have you seen the bad areas of our main cities? Have you seen the crime rates skyrocket in areas where a massive influx of immigration has taken place?

Both a byproduct of certain political decisions.

Yup, and one of the main reason the US desperately needs what you Bjerknes might call "socialism".

Homicide rates by firearms specifically :p. I'm surprised New York is so low since shootings happen here daily.

But you can see why Hustini would want to own a gun then, even if for the "illusion" that he can protect himself and his family with it.

    We don't need socialism.

But no need to get into that as Andy has already covered it.
First of all, from everything you two have posted here, you don't seem to know what socialism actually means.

Second of all, no, he hasn't really given any argument in his last few posts.
