Not anymore thank God, but in large parts of the country, still is the only one. Anywhere there's NEPA, we have regular black outs. In the few places that private guys have moved in, power is steady but more expensive. IMO I'd rather pay for more expensive but efficient.

Ive recorded about 7-8 blackouts this year already. But it depends alot on the area within Jakarta, some are not as well maintained than
others.
