I would appreciate. But I think that Former Soviet states will struggle more because they don't have a strong partner like GDR had with West Germany. But for sure it is a chance to avoid all mistakes made during German unification.
I think those people learned from mistakes of their own. Because there was no one to show the right way and the wrong way of getting things done. As a result you had defaults, as in 1993 and 1998, when everybody lost their money, political instability, such as the coup attempt in 1991, etc, etc.

Vegas has a culture?
Well, one I guess could say that. But it would be a stretch. I would say Vegas is very different from any other city in the US, but i would not say taht it has a culture all its own.

Now San Francisco, THERE is a city with some culture issues, ehh swaggie? ;)

I know exactly what you're talking about. I lived in a little town called Jamestown, down in Louisiana. Total population: 320 people. No schools, not even a post office. But lots of hunting, country music, pickup trucks, and mudding.

And... one of the best experiences I ever had.

Milka sucks. Lindt is way too expensive and snobbish. There is no middle ground chocolate. Its milka or that.
you should try belgian chocolate: Cote D'or

Cheap and damn good!

BELGIUM:

- Weird country divided in 3 regions: Flanders (richest, flemish (kinda dutch) speaking, in the North) Wallony (less rich, french speaking, South) an Brussels (Geographically in Flanders, but as most of the people in Brussels speak french, it's got it's own region, so everybody would be happy. But still, Brussels is the capital of Flanders :wallbang: )

- still following?

- Brussels is 3times capital: of Belgium, Flanders, and the EU

- We eat a lot of Fries (WHICH ARE NOT FRENCH BUT BELGIAN!!!!), we have delicious beer (know Stella Artois? that's Belgian) and Chocolate.

- We have a lot of Carnavals in traditional costume.

- We drive on the right

.....
