...Vincenzo Italiano is head and shoulders above him with his name and flexibility in his tactics.
not sure about italiano either. i get the argument that fiorentina has no real depth whatsoever and that intertoto cup or whatever is too much of a burden for them but this season's results are way below par even for their shitty standards. even a stubborn mule like sarri at napoli learned quickly how to balance between international embarrassment and progress in the league: they collected the gate revenues for the uefa competition, rotated the squad against all those sparta praha's and concentrated on the league when they had a thin bench

We need to first revamp our mercato model given our dwindling finances and given the fact that we can't compete financially with clubs outside Italy.

We've committed too much money on Allegri by granting him his wish and bringing in one too many experienced players with no resale value and looks like we'll be going nowhere this season.

We need a coach who will be able to develop young players. Milan with a worse financial situation than us managed to develop so many young talents and win at the same time. Juventus with their resources should be able to replicate that on a much larger scale.

Don't mind seeing us take a hit for another year or two as long as I see progress unlike the current situation where our outdated coach is making us sink deeper.
