There are a few things that need to be taken into consideration.

1- It feels like we don't have the time to get the points, where we have all the season ahead of us. There should not be haste in our approach as after haste there only comes regret. Patience is the key to our success.

2- The league is full of small teams who find it as amusing as it can get to play Juventus. Some teams there never dreamt of meating the Italian giant of football and now this giant has come to their house. What's the point in that? It is proving themselves. They want to show that they can rise up to the standard. Some teams in the league are probably waiting only for the game against Juve to prove themselves. How to upset them? Frustration. Yes, we have to frustrate them not them frustrate us, kill the game when it should be killed, snipe when the moment is appropriate. What I saw yesterday was the opposite, Rimini made all our players frustrated, even Del Piero.

3- Stability and role defining. The team looked better than Rimini true but that is not a criteria to win. The team was in total chaos. No one had a specific role or task in the filed. Some may say that this is a good thing as the team works as a unit, I agree but the team was not a unit last night, they were a bunch of players trying the hardest things just to win in the fastest way possible.

4- Boumsong.
some good points there.

Remember although we have to be patient, we cant be too patient with the point penalty. We have to take the initiative and learn to deal with the small teams that want to cause an upset. We have the deal with the frustration they want to cause us.
This is where DD comes in,most of this is psycological and also he need to construct a tactic and formation where the team could cope offensively and defensively sound as well.

I don't care the performances now nor the how we should play ! We need to make those 16 poinst deduction vanish the 6 next matches. We'll talk about the beauty of the game later on. And please, I want Tudor or Legro insteead og that stupid ugly face !

Boumsong actually played very well for about an hour but then something happened to his performance and he made two horrible mistakes, one of them cardinal. I guess this is just the type of player he is. Inconsistent. He was like that at Tyneside and if he hasn't pulled his act together then he's a terrible signing. Sure, he deserves another chance but the signs are not positive.

Will Juve play in Turin against Vicenza, or on neutral stadium because of 3 match ban? Howewer, Juve will beat Vicenza 3-0

Very good points Jack....

Like I said before It's good we drew our first game, this way we realize how much pressure we're on.

I'm actually not worry about our Veterans, Pavel and Dp, I'm pretty confident they'll drive the team into the right direction. It's up to the likes of Boumsong and the youngesters to learn sth, and realize what Jersey they're wearing.

Lets win the game, Forza Juve, Forever Old Lady...

Pavel and DP were among the underperforming players yesterday.

In my opinion Pavel had a very good game. He was on the left, on the right, in the centre, taking care of the dirty work all over.

ok ur all right that teams like rimini have extra motivation to play against us. but this can't be an excuse... it was from the beginning on clear that they have extra motivation... i know that our team needs time to play together but this was a total disaster, the defence was just a joke ,our midfield was totally without any idea... and our coach made some mistakes.... the problem i see now is that if we draw the next game these teams get to know that juve isn't unbeatable.
but for me the biggest mistakes were made by the management. first off all the transfers about players who left and who were bought... just a joke (like mutu/boumsong...) i don't think juve get back to the top with that management.

Part of the chaos that i talked about. Pavel was hasty, he was lost and not knowing what to do. He worked well with the ball but he barely gave a correct pass. His shots were reckless and his decisions were wrong most of the time.

i wana see more from del piero, he did some nice tricks but hardly had a shot on goal, we need more from the captain and nedved as well, even though pavel came close on a few occasions

True, Del Piero tried a lot but he was very much frustrated. Had he cooled down a bit, he would have made more than what we saw of him. I hope this psychological pressure disappears, it is being an obstacle for the performance.

With 4-3-3 we'd have to push Del Piero to the wing and I don't like that prospect.. or is someone ready to see our captain on the bench again?

---------------Trez/Bojinov

--------DP/Palldino--------Marchionni

Nedved--------Giannicheda-------Camo

Chiellini---Kovac------Lego------Balza

--------------buffon

I really think this is the best we can do. A tridente.
Nedved and Camo both can go outside or inside and can adjust to the runs already made by the players on their side infront of them.

Nedved and Del Piero had an off game yesterday, I think Palladino looked good when he came on and I'd like to see him ahead of DP in that tridente, just to test him out. I think DP will be very influencial this season, but there will be many matches where he will just be physically challanged by the opposition, and I doubt he can win many of them.

You think that Legro is better than Boumsong?
