1) It was a scheme. Corner by Ale towards the midfield, header by Balzaretti (?) towards Trez who tapped in.
2) I just watched the very end of the action and that would be trez, running towards the goal, slightly on the right, who assisted Ale, who was in the centre and scored between 2 defenders.
