reporter to Camoranesi after the game:

How does it feel when you still hear the opposite's team fans scream at you that you are cheaters....

Camo: "I'll make a comment that some people won't enjoy. It's strange that fans of a club who had a manager found with a bag full of cash would dare making comments like that".

Bravo Mauro!!!

i watched the game on rai international today. it was a competitive game. Genoa played very well. the ref. really disappointed me, he was terrible. i dont understand how he gave genoa a penatly shot. most people wouldnt of called a foul on brindelli there, he wasnt even in a good position to make that call. good thing gigi saved it. neddy scored a perfect free kick, then got a second yellow in the 90th minute. Gigi was terrific, this is why we need him to stay he keeps us in games and gives us a chance. boumsong was out of position for genoa's goal and no one covered up for him. I cant wait for tudors return boum boum sucks........up until that minutes he didnt play all that bad either.

I have another one! :D

Gigi, during the match, had another shirt under his jersey. When one of the mediaset journalists asked him if he had got fatter/bigger he answered:

"I started to spend more time in the gym, but God forbid! Don't tell zeman!" :D

LOL!!!

Also a sig material... :agree:

Didn't see the game cos I was working but a draw is not a bad result. Playing another top team without Del Piero and Trez is always going to be tough. Probably would have taken a draw before the game but it is always annoying to lose a lead. It's a bit of a habit juve are developing of failing to hold on to leads, starting to really cost points.

whats the problem with french players? i get what your saying about the italian core but if we can get a better french player then we should do that, you saying you wouldnt want ribery coz hes french?
its not the problem with french players, its the problem with boumsong, with wanting givet, fatty and so on, its as if we only focus on the french market, and i would love ribery as much as i love trezegol at juventus :) but unfortunately enouugh we got to read romours about faty and not ribery joining juventus... the only french player which has been mentioned whom id rather see in our jersey is mexes,... obviously i would love to have ribery but have juventus sounded intrested in him?

IMO our best players were Palladino and Nedved, our worst was Kovac. Genoa's best were Cristicio and Greco.

I think a draw was the correct result, but i just noticed that almost every foul a Juve player committed got a yellow while Genoa had to commit more than 3 to get a yellow

u thought palladino was good? he made a couple of good touches but i didnt think he was good at all. He makes stupid runs out to the sides when he should be making runs up the middle. he thinks he's ronaldinho with the ball, he needs to make smarter decisions rather then just give it away.

our worst player by far was boumsong. he was the one caught out of position on genoa's goal. why he was that high up i dunno. but his name is boumsong.

Nedved will get only one game IMO. DP, Trez, Guzman will be back so we're fine. De Ceglie could do the job for a game too.

I'm just relieved we got through this fixture without defeat with a seriously depleted squad.

According to the latest medical bulletin, we should have two or more players back for the next home match and by the start of 2007 after the Winter break, we should have virtually everyone back to see Juventus push on to become Serie B champions.

I'm a little confused as regards the possibility of anyone coming into the club during January as we are getting contradictory messages from Cobolli, the media and Deschamps/Agnelli. I supect we will only bring in a new face if anyone leaves.
Otherwise, I expect Juventus to tie up deals between now and the Summer to substantially strengthen the squad in all departments. Kerlon/Klose, Barzagli, Felipe etc..

Genoa is a good team. A serie A team to say the truth. Juventus was on pressure all the time. Credit goes to kovac and gigi because the defence was really awful. I'm sorry to say that but boumsong doesn't fit in our defence, very slow indeed.
Palladino and bojinov I'm afraid this is not the right combination. Bojinov reminds me of the stubborn zlatan again : I can dribble alone and score. There were clear chances there but bojinov shots the ball instead of passing it.

Hopefully Marchionni will be back too. Marchionni on the left with Camo on the right is something I've been wanting to see for some time.
