What I don't like about Zlatan is that most of the time he gets the ball, he tries to drible past two or three players and most of the time fails. Someone has to tell this guy this is not Eredivisie and as Capello said, he has to learn to pass the ball in the right time.

wow DP and Trezeguat both injured. who would have thought of that at the start of the season.

blasi was missed in this game. Udine had way too many chances.

Zlatan needs to grow up. Appiah was pretty good.

Zalayeta is slow but good goal.

I've always admired the work that zalayeta did on the pitch , not cuz he scored tonight , but am one of the rare ppl here to give him credits always...

Hey, this ma 1st post! Mon the Juve! Zlatan must be given at least a season to start performing. Look at Henry, and the mistake we amde. Even Pavel needed a season before he started playing. Don't keep expecting over Zlatan, let him settle in and adjust and next year we will have a world class talent on our hands.

P.S thats sucks bout Trez's injury we cnt do without him!
we didn't bring players to Juve to wait for them 1 SEASON and then to see if they'll be usefull next year , Nah we need to win trophy's this year ! if zlatan continues like this with his selfish things , then bench him capello for god sake !

and about henry : henry is usefull now in Premier League , cuz there the style is much diff then in Serie A , he can never score in Serie A the way he's scoring there...

And yet we can wait for Del Piero for 5 years and counting?

If there is one flaw in Zlatan's game thus far, it's that he spends too much time on footwork and shoegazing and isn't pouncing on openings quickly enough. Today's match was filled with moments where Zlatan would chest a ball down to his feet, dance around a bit, and allow Udinese to closely circle him with three defenders to where he no longer had room to maneuver.

He's got to look for earlier windows and take some chances -- even if they are blind shots. And we know he's capable.

i read somewhere that Zlatan should have gotten a red card ,does any1 know what happened?
As someone else mentioned here, he basically head-butted a defender on his chin like he was a ram or something. It was during the setup on a free kick, and apparently he did it in response to getting his jersey pulled. Pure Zlatanate.

Zalayeta is definately our Man Of The match last night... i was very amazed by his ball control and positioning... in every attaking break we made you can notice Zalayeta always free in the right position ready to strike....if only that stupid zlatan could stop think himself as Maradona and pass the ball out...:fero:..it frustratingly happens everytime.. as if Zlatan just deliberately trying to get on me and Zalataye'S nerve....:wallbang:

yeah yeah..give him a season..whateva ..

One criticism I had is that Juve got soft on attack later in the match once they had the 1-0 lead. A dangerous game to play with such a narrow margin. The one exception was Appiah. He was the only up-front player who was still charging the Udinese goal -- and I have to say this was one of his better matches I've seen him play in a Juve uniform. (I caught myself yelling at the TV once when Olivera had an open lane down the left touch line deep in Roma territory, but he instead decided to hold back and wait to pass to someone in midfield.)

Canna had at least 2-3 saving tackles and clearances. What did we do before this guy? Oh, we gave up goals and points... :frown:

i think capello wanted to give him a rest, nothing else. and honestly, blasi didn't very impressive the last couple of games, capello made a right choice to put appiah on the field.

with appiah in the midfield, it seems the team's ball control and passing is better.
