Don't misunderstand me. I'm talking about the current team. The current formation (or even the current tactic we are playing). We surely aren't that bad but comparing to a team like Barca for example, i don't see hoe we could beat them. My opinion. I do believe that we are going to win this game against, but thats not the point; I think this game should have been played with more determination. I somehow can't believe it is still 0:0 and they nearly scored aginst us...
But you can't win every game and always play well. We are playing an away game against a quite good team between two CL matches. Of course we are playing even more defensive and at low tempo then 2003, but that's Capello's tactical choice and you can't say that his method doesn't have success.

I bet that if we sign Riquelme or someone similar in the summer, we will play slightly more attacking next season, maybe win the CL and everyone will jump on the victory bandwagon again, just like 2002/2003.

You have a point, but maybe your expectations are too high.
