If I see a Juve-team tomorrow that seems disinterested and lets Siena attack a lot, then I will be devastated, because then you know we might be in for another rollercoaster-ride of a season.
Hard to see this happening for 2 reasons. 1- Improved quality of player like Pirlo, Vidal, Licht means we can hold possession easier. 2- So much depth in midfield and forward means they have to play for their position all 90mins.
That's the benefit of a big 'homogeneous' squad as Marotta calls it. Low intensity, disinterested play should be non-existent.
Stop bitching , you can't field 22 players for the starting line up , we have a big squad and only well prepared / injury free players are called up furthermore we still have 36 matches left prior vs Siena so everyone will get the chance to play .
Just that both Esti and Elia are both important players and will play a huge part in the season for us but they've only had one full week of training and need to understand the system abit more etc.
I think Elia will get 30 minutes on Sunday then will play Wednesday.
This should be the starting 11. Good performances from last game should keep some starters, but we need pass back to our wings, so let Krasic & Elia fly.
Let Quag start so he can get some minutes in his legs and see how well he & Mirko click. DP in second half if we aren't already winning.
I'm liking both Elia and Chelo, our left wing should be in really good shape for next year, A LB and CB are really the only things keeping us from being a contender.
