Ok 2nd half was much better.
The back looked solid, no spaces. Vieira's offesnsive performance improved. Mutu and nedved were the same. Zalayata did not even try. Del Piero moved alot and caused a headache to the Samp deffense.
We managed to deominate the 2nd half pretty well. Good ball distrobution. It was obvious that our main problem was that we were playing with 10 players only, Zalayata was not there at all. Once maoro came in you feel that Juve gained a player.
The match was entertaining, Del Piero made some very nice skills.
Buffon: Solid. One mistake was when the ball fell from his hand after catching a cross. Nothing serious. 6.5
Balzaretti: Had better matches. Good performance never the less. 6
Kovac: 1st half was shaky but the 2nd was much better. And seemed to connect better with Cannavaro as well. 6
Cannavaro: During the first half he single handed out performaned Samp offense. The phrase is no more solid as a rock. It should be "SOLID AS A CANNAVARO" 7.5 (mainly due to first half performance since during the 2nd he was not really tested that much)
Zamrbotta: Very solid first game after injury. No offense creativity. God Job 6.5
Mutu: Was the most active player in the first half. He continued to perform well in the 2nd as well. 7
Emerson: Did really well. One of our best players: 7
Vieira: 2nd half was better than the first, but still not his best: 6
Nedved: Not his best match. Wasted an easy chance in the first half. Never the less scored the winning goal. He came to life in the 2nd half. 6.5
Zalayata: Did he even touch the abll? So I guess.... 0 or N/A
Del Piero: First 30 min of the match was off. He was not conectrating. Seemed worried about the CL match so much. Afterwards he played pretty well. In the 2nd half he showed nice skills and arranged chances to his mates in different occasions. Was available for deffense as well 6.5
