Yeh, he did well against Fulham, but I don't trust this guy one bit. I did rather see what Pinsoglio can do and this is probably his last chance this season before Manninger and Buffon return.
True,if Buffon and Manninger can't play I'd go with Pinsoglio on this one.

I think this is the perfect time to bring in some youth players and give them a go. They will show the passion others are lacking. Why does Juve continue to rely on players that are too old and have nothing to prove? Immobile should be given a chance and surely there is a youth defender better than Grygera and Grosso? Melo should be dropped for this game as he is taking too much attention away from the football, and Zebina should be dropped forever, his behavious was disgraceful on Thursday, and he is rubish anyway!

Apart from the Melo part, this post is pretty rubbish. Immobile ain't world beater and our defense won't start clicking if we rush in some youth products. We will need all the points we can get to reach top4.

The only 'click' most of our defence needs is that of a trigger

I'm not saying play the whole youth team, just bring in a few. Our first choice players clearly arn't doing it, we need to fight for 4th place.

it's ok; pitbull is an ardent supporter of Old Skool Italian style, where players need to play until they are 40, retire, or die :shifty:
Sure, it'd be great to see how we perform with two youngsters on RB and LB and Legro-Cannavaro in the center against motivated Cassano and Pazzini. Or do you think that our CB also should be replaced by 18yo from now on? I'd like a younger defense but it's stupid to ask for such if we don't have the players at the moment. As strange as it may sound to you, but there are a lot worse defenders than Grygera in the world.

Also, weren't you the hardcore 4-3-1-2 fan in the summer, which was against any idea of buying any wingers? I clearly remember you saying that there's no chance this formation could fail and we would need more versatile players to switch to other formations.

I am actually in favour of 4-3-2-1 or 4-2-3-1, but was never in full support of the 4-3-1-2. The 4-3-1-2 has so far failed, and even with the other formations I would like to see, we might potentially fail, as we currently lack the tools to play any formation, let alone 4-3-2-1 or 4-2-3-1.

As for our defence, I don't see how much more damage Grygera, Grosso, and Co. need to do before we can actually afford some opportunities to other players.

Well I just really well remember our discussion where you were totally against signing a winger, cause 4312 doesn't need wingers.

There are no other players. De Ceglie is worse than Grosso, Caceres is injured, so we'll have to choose between Brazzo/Zebina/Grygera. Grygera may be the worst out of our 4 RB's, but there're no better RB's in Primavera. Stop overrating them, Primavera level in Italy is really low, lower than Latvian or Thailand national league. Now would you want a player from Latvia/Thailand start for Juve?
