Good match in the big scheme of things. After the Supercoppa high, we need grinta. This was a pure grinta match. No major injuries, a lot to work on, and three points. I'll take it.

Great team play to create the lone goal too.

Yep,Vucinic was very average in the first. I sort of expect Llorente to play a bigger role next week, as he starts to get his fitness up. Vidal wasn't his usual self but got better in the second also. Great to have Tevez scoring, as you said, it was a really good team goal. A MOM is hard in this sort of game but I guess its either Pogba or Tevez and ill give it to Pogba I think.

Tevez is really fitting into this team aswell. Some fantastic play and movements by him.

Yeah I think he's getting used to Serie A rather quickly.

Tough match in tough conditions. Good to grind out a win. Pogba again with an assist. What a class act he is becoming. Tevez fitting in well.

Man that was a frustrating match, can't believe we actually won it. Impeccable play by everyone involved in the goal, other than that there were no standout performances. Tevez needs to gel further with the team, Vucinic needs to stop being brilliant for 5 seconds of every match (even though it opened up the play for our goal). Pogba was weak today imo, Pirlo was ok.
