So you'd start a shite player like Iaquinta? It's funny how he's all of a sudden a good player because he got a couple of goals against Livorno and started for Italy.
What I don't get, is that he would bench Del Piero, just because players wouldn't reach the ball to his feet from what I understood from him..... like Iaquinta would be a better option and wise one.

Keeping one of our most dangerous players out and one of the few players including Pavel whom are able to change the game anytime, to leave him in such a match would be a crime.

Looking at stats, Ale's record at the olympico is pretty great if not amazing, doing Capello style and keeping him out in such a game would cost the team. So Ranieri wouldn't want that, or he'll regret like Capello... (Inter's freekick, Milans doublekick assist, Fiorentina and Roma's goals), Ranieri should probably ask Capello about them.

So, whoever thinks Ale should be benched, in a "fair play" i'd ask them to soap it:)

DP without the ball is better than Iaquinta with the ball anyway :D

Ok you took it a bit too far :p

But in all seriousness, DP-Trez is the only reasonable duo for crunch matches.

Starting Dp is 100% guaranteed in this match,& If Ranieri didnt do it,then he is Simply Stupid & got to be sacked immideatly BUT U calling Iaquinta a Shit player just to prove ur point is just not right.

Iaquinta can be useful, he's fast player and can disturb defenders alot, but he should really work on his finishes, passes and couple of other things... specially his finishes, they're just horrible.

Another thing that I like about this guy is that he gives all that he has the moment he steps his foot on the pitch.
He has heart & thats a rare quality.

True, he gives it all, but once he works on his finishes and passes and learn a thing or two from our current attackers he'll be REALLY useful...and by really I mean a big threat to any opponent.

roma will end up playing their "pretty football," creating half-chances, being wasteful and making us look like ass basically then all of sudden trez pops up and purges them, they lose confidence and their inferiority complex that every team playing juve has and we knock one or two past them.
