If Candreva is fit and Camo's head is not straight he can start ahead. Sissoko can play instead of Melo, but I wouldn't prefer him playing instead of Marchisio because our passing quality will drop alot.

Everybody is frustrated with Momo's recent form but he usually performs in the big games and I would want him to play against an overly physical Inter midfield. It might also be a good idea to play Melo but for me he is the odd man out. I love Camoranesi but he has really been poor recently, I would bring him on in the second half.
