Yeah, I dont think one or two games would make that point less grounded since he was injured since january.

I hope we go 4-2-2-2 for this with Pepe and Martinez on the wings, Melo-Giandonato in the middle and Del Piero - Matri in attack.

J. Martinez is a 17 year old kid who impressed in the youth categories this year. He is the primavera leading scorer with 17 goals and leading assistman with 16 assists. The next big thing in Italian football according to the experts. His mother is Italian so he has Italian passport.
Arsenal want him.

Tell me about it. Instead of playing this young prodigy Martinez, Del Neri was playing guys like Pepe and that Uruguayan guy Jorge. He even played Marchisio out of position, but never this 17 year old wonderkid.

Had to share this 'Our Season is Over'-blues with y'all ahead of tomorrow's game...

http://ponderingcalcio.net/http:/ponderingcalcio.net/a-tale-of-football-fandom-and-futility

Any comments etc. very welcome. Thanks.
This paragraph, I can relate to-

Not because I 'love’ football. I don’t. I love my family and friends – and, and this is the slightly alarming part, I seem to also love Juventus. And possibly, the reason I bother watching, reading, hearing and writing about all this other football related stuff is because each and every match, each and every comment or toe-curling 'angle’ carries a faint echo of someone somewhere undergoing the same pointless sufferings and celebrations as my own.

Me too
There is a big chance that he'll get some minutes against Parma. It will be cool to see both Martinez and Giovinco on the same pitch.

And we should invest more in youth and guys like this Martinez kid. Instead of giving him a chance we splashed 12m eur on some mediocre winger from Catania. No wonder we failed.
