I just checked the schedule for next game:

Juventus - Fiorentina
- - - 10/17/09 18:00
Genoa - Inter Milan - - - 10/17/09 20:45
Napoli - Bologna - - - 10/18/09 15:00
Parma - Siena - - - 10/18/09 15:00
Lazio - Sampdoria - - - 10/18/09 15:00
Catania - Cagliari - - - 10/18/09 15:00
Udinese - Atalanta - - - 10/18/09 15:00
Chievo - Bari - - - 10/18/09 15:00
Livorno - Palermo - - - 10/18/09 15:00
Milan - Roma

We can be on top next match day if we beat Fiorentina, cos im 100% sure that Inter cannot beat genoa home, not the way they are playing, while Lazzio will get at least a draw vs Sampdoria (I don't see them as tittle challengers) I want them to be on top so they can pressure inter. so it depends on us...
i see sampdoria winning but if i'll see genoa underperform after the match they had with us, i'll be suspicious...

I guess you're an Azzurri fanboy and my post stung you exactly as I intended. I feel happy my bait worked.

I like you too. Let's make out now.
i don't think you got his message right jack...it's true that the best of all teams go to their NT, so juve isn't the only one...everybody has this problem...now the thing that camo, chiello, canna and grosso "play so well together" because of the nt call-ups, that i don't bite.

First game I miss since couple of years now. Couldn't watch it as I had football match myself.

Please, if someone can tell me what went wrong and how we played in this game, can't scroll through all these pages. I hear we played really bad. Zenga outplayed us? or we were just too weak?

I can easily summarize the game. Zenga knew exactly what our potential is and where our weaknesses lie. He simply marked DIego and used his fullbacks. Our forwards didn't touch the ball and when they did they did well to lose it. Our midfielders were absent and did all the mistakes they can make. Our defenders were left exposed and when I say defenders I mean Legro and Chiellini because Zebina was lost and Grosso was terrible and lazy.

He fielded midfielder Giulio Migliaccio in a three-man defence with Fabio Simplicio and Mark Bresciano in the centre of the park.

Zenga:
“My system was called ‘spread out and make do!’ We started out with the 3-4-1-2, Simplicio and Bresciano played together against Inter last season and did well.

“If I’d put two genuine defensive midfielders, we might never have gone on the counter. Let’s just say I was inspired.

“I tried to give our wingers more security, as they could afford to push up more with a three-man defence.

Well if you couldn't notice the difference Cannavaro is making to our defence, than i can't help you. And mostly it's not because he's a great player, it's because 4 out of 5 man have played much together and if we add Zebina to that defence, than it works very good, because basically everyone links good. If instead of Cannavaro some other defence organiser like Gallas joined us (and he's a NT player too, like basically every decent CB), it'd took him some time to adapt, that's why it's so good that our defenders play's together at Azzurri too. But the discussion is not about it, it's about Jack who thinks that other people are idiot's, while he is acting as a one.

Interesting. I watched Palermo's 3rd match and last match before playing Juve, they looked pretty weak and close to awful. He also played with two defensive midfielders if my memory serves me well.

I think he took risks in this match and he succeeded somehow, I also think Zamparini was going to sack his ass had he lost this game.

Am I acting as one? I thought you already decided that I am one.

actually i this was by no mean a brilliant match from Zenga, as much as it expose our own weakness. i predicted this downfall but anyway.
anyway, from the begining they attacked us like EVERY single game we played this season. we sit back and depend on such an individual move from any player we have.
Amauri is just not having his best time and bench him could be a good option as it really sad to watch him play.
we need an a change even if we changed the formation, i would say just 4-3-2-1.

atleast with having one striker we will not have 2 strikers with the exact same personality running in a headless chickern way not knowing what to do. and we could control the MF for once this season. and our defence will be secured.

pitbull, chill the soap out will you?
Would be so kind and show the same discipline to your fellow moderator?

pitbull was provoked by JCK, he said so himself that his only intet was to provoke, yet he still goes on ranting and provoking everybody on this forum without any warning.

It's good to see that no one is using double-standards here.

Well it's kinda funny, that a moderator call's me an idiot (Azurri fanboys are idiots + pitbull is an Azurri fanboy = pitbull is an idiot, right?), while stating obviously absurd thing and than comes another moderator, asking me to chill the soap out. You too think that we should sign players who are retired from their NT or too bad to play there just because they will not get tired during the international break? If not, you're probably an idiot in Jack's eyes. It's like i'd state that Puyol is a crap player and call the people who think otherwise Barca fanboys and idiots and you'd go around warning the ones who get's offended.
