He is not going to play for the tie. I don't understand how people think we would start a game off that way. It would make sense to play for a tie with a man or two down and we are getting pressed heavily.

A team full of champions like we have will not play for a tie, even if ranieri asked them to I can't see buffon, camo, neddy, momo, DP, trez, chiellini and amauri agreeing to that.

Well, we shouldn't compromise our current position either. We have to make sure we end 2nd. That's still an improvement over last season's 3rd place.
The team and the board should always target the best, the scudetto. If they have the loser spirit, giving up from now, that will be retarded, we can even end up less than 4th that way..

Palermo lost 2 games at Renzo Barbera this season (remember Gila  who scored with his hand and stole three points), but won the other 9 home games.

Amelia, Cassani, Kjaer (Carrozzieri), Bovo, Balzaretti; Bresciano, Liverani, Nocerino; Simplicio; Cavani and Miccoli will start i think.
Yes true, my bad.

We shouldn't have to settle for a tie just to be ready for the match with Chelsea. Although I think that winning the scudetto will be tough, there is still a chance. Hopefully our worst outings are behind us. We should never settle for a tie or second for that matter. We should, in the game against Palermo, start Giovinco and bring out ADP around the 60th minute. The CL, if we get past Chelsea, is a real bonus to an already good European season and we will be able to build on it for the next season.

we also have to think about our Chelsea match. I would still prefer to see DP 1st half and Gio in second. Same for Amauri and Trez as well as for Camo and Marchionni..

This Palermo game is very important however we still could afford little slip up, but against Chelsea definitely no...

I dont know if CR will play with 2 Dm's against Chelsea

here is our tight schedule, 8 games in 1 month which i posted earlier too

damn bitch!!!! i think me mite take it easy against lazio though especially since we'll have the 2nd leg to play still. It mite make sense to play only half the regular to allow players to rest. A draw here would not be disatrous. as by the time the 2nd leg rolls around we wud have known whether we still have CCL to play or not, which would prob then determine the squad for the 2nd leg.

Chelsea 4th (with 49 pt.) plays this weekend (away game) with Aston Villa 3rd (51pts.). They cant afford to loose this game as Arsenal will be breathing on theirs neck..With return of Eduardo, i am expecting Arsenal to play much better. So Chelsea will play best line up possible and go on attack all the way..

Considering that physically they are in not great shape we might have chance
