To the people criticising Chiellini you need to have a long look at how solid we were defensively today and understand that mistakes can happen.
If it would have been Bonucci we’d have likely conceded a couple.

Maybe playing both Ronaldo and Morata was a bad idea. One coming of the bench would have given us something extra and caught them off guard but this was toothless, no tactical plan no real attempts. It's a shame we lose, this result has left me a lol numb because we did so little yet it was our own very choking.

They got their goal from a stupid slap from Chiellini and they have done nothing but receiving this gift.

Relying on playmaking from the likes of Bentancur, Rabiot, Berna etc will get you nowhere.
This midfield is the downfall of this squad. It doesn’t provide any protection to the backline, nor any assists for our attacking players. Ronaldo and Morata are left to do it all on their own game in and game out.

Performance wasn’t bad. Dominated territorially in the second half and fashioned enough chances to have scored a few.
Chiellini is lucky to not have played too many years of his career in the VAR era or he would’ve given away far more penalties. Clearly that would’ve never been spotted pre-VAR even if rrahmani screamed as if he was about die.

Chiellini's reckless PK aside which should have probably never happened there's still no excuse not being able to score at least one past this shit Nipples, we got only ourselfs to blame for this result and could potentially end up costing us massively, decision making in the final third has been atrocious.
Really sad to have our 10th Scudetto hopes crushed this way, overall we had all the chances to score but shit ourselfs under the pressure.
Frustrating game to say the least, we now have to hope the other slip aswell, which now means we actually need them to slip for a few times just to be able to catch up with them... damn this seriously sucks.
