So Conte got him to make him sit on the bench? Like he's got something against him. Why would he buy him and then bench him if he is good enough? Makes no sense.

No one is entitled to start. But it's not the appropriate way to handle the situation. Especially if you consider the fact that the reports out of the training camp all agree on him working his ass off in the training sessions. If you [Conte] picked the player, if he is working hard to even make the bench and you chose to give him 0 attention - then you are doing it wrong. He had plenty of opportunities in the past three games to give him 10-20min at the end, but no a player of no offensive nor defensive quality ( Giaccherini ) makes the bench over Elia. He shouldn't have greenlighted the move if he is going to be a douchebag.

i agree with you. there have been games he could've subbed him in and he didn't.plus, the whole we are still unbeaten so we can't say shit is a bit stupid considering we had a couple of games where we lacked creativity and needed a goal badly but he still was either on the bench,not even warming up,or on the stands.i love conte and i hope we does great for us.but i would simply like him to explain what the hell is going on with elia and why the fuck he is not used at all.
