not on TV for us North Americans.

We'll have to settle for RAI's trumpets.
WTF

He is indeed one of my favorite players.

I don't know why, but I can't help but feel that

1. our "bad luck" is over for this season
2. that we win lo scudetto

Call me an incurable romantic :D
incurable romatic, idiot....same thing  j/k

Tifoso Lou's back? :p

Top 4 is the goal.

Canna ain't coming, that little bastard has settled at Real.
yeah, why would he leave a Madrid team that is better than last year, and may actually do very well in the CL this season ??

What about this:

Buffon
Biri - Grygera - Criscito - Chio
Olivera - Nocerino - Zanetti (or Almiron or Tiago) - Nedved
Iaquinta - Palladino

birindelli almost had a heart attack running after iaquinta when he scored the goal, do u really think he can play 90 minutes? We shouldn't take this game for granted, we need to win.

My formation:

--------------------Buffon-------------------
Grygera--Legrottaglie--Chiellini--Molinaro

Salihamidzic--C.Zanetti--Tiago--Nedved

----------Trezeguet--Del Piero------------

I hope that we will find a solution for our defence because strong oponents are comming.

I'd like to see the 4-3-3 again.

---------Buffon-----------

Hasan-Grygera-Legro-Chiellini

Nocerino-Zanetti-Almiron

Iaquinta-Trez-Palladino

Let's see what Palladino can do from the start, DP warrants a bench for this game and Nedved was no better against Roma. Iaquinta definetly deserves another start from the first 11 and with both him and Palladino we'd have a lot more pace which is needed for a 4-3-3. Perhaps more crosses like Iaquinta's would reach Trezeguet this way...

At this point in time Criscito should be benched and out of Legro and Boumsong, I see Legro the lesser of two evils. With Andrade out Grygera could prove to be decisive in the center of defense as he's pretty much the only solid defender we have ATM. Hasan and Chiellini as full backs would give us a lot of penetrating from the flanks.

LOL .. got that right :p

However, personally I'd like to see another 4-3-3 formation .. But I'm highly doubtful that Ranieri would field it again. Yesterday, he knew that Roma's defense is really strong and never been breached this season. So he needed to field all his attack force .. But this time Reggina's defense isn't half as strong, so he'll field the traditional 4-4-2.
And I also think, he'll give Pavel a rest. Derby of Torino is slightly more important, Morale wise. I'm still undecided about Il Capitano but I guess he'll play in the second half.
Defensively, all options were stated before and I can't decide which is better ..
Other than that, I just wish that Tiago gets his full chance and even if he doesn't make up a good performance I will still back him up. I know he has it in him ..

to sub del piero in the second half isn't the best thing to do.. so start him on bench and send him on the field in 60 minute or something... reggina players are tired and our captain can score again :)

I see the 4-3-3 again with Nedved and Del Piero taking a small rest

Buffon
Grygera -- Boumsong/Leggrotaglie -- Criscito -- Chiellini
Nocerino -- Zanetti -- Tiago
Iaquinta -- Trezeguet -- Palladino

I would even dare rest Chiellini and start with Molinaro.
Nice formation khayye. I'd like to see Tiago taking his chances, and I enjoy seeing Iaquinta playing on the wings, as he can open the entire game for us.

^
A cleansheet would be nice :agree:
I'm dying to see that.

Since we're having fun with formations:

Buffon
Salihamidzic-Grygera-Legrottaglie-Chiellini
Tiago-Zanetti-Nocerino
Nedved
Iaquinta-Trezeguet

Grygera and Legro played the offside trap well today so I'd go with this defense and use that style. DP needs a rest and little wake up call. Neddy is better behind the forwards so if he doesn't do the job then next game it's his turn on the bench. Tiago needs to play. There's also Almiron that could play but let's see what Noce does playing left center like he did with Piacenza.
This is the best formation so far.

Both Ale and Pavel need to performe better in the up-coming matches.

Anyway, I hope if Palla was given a chance to start to see him shining. Forza Palla.

DP just has bad luck lately, other than that I'm satisfied: he really gives 100% in every match although he's old man.

He's not old yet;)

I know he gives 100%, and he's been unlucky, and I know that the ones that keep criticizing him and bashing him non-stop will eat their words and get screwed soon.

We all know once Del Piero is inform is really unstoppable. I'm just waiting Cobolli and his men to finish with the contract thing.

In good in bad, Ale forever.
