So do you think we should start with Del Piero and Nedved?

We are actually rotating the squad, not resting them.
yes start with Nedved, bench Del Piero. Ranieri should put the best players out there for every match. When Camoranesi, Nedved, Buffon, Trezeguet and Iaquinta are available, we can't risk by resting any of them of thinking for the other match.

-------------------Buffon

Birindelli ----- Grygera ----- Criscito/legro ------- Chiellini

Brazzo---Thiago/Nocerino-------Zanetti--- ---Nedved

-----------Iaquinta-----------------------Trezegol

I would try Brazzo there since Camoranesi and Marchionni are missing, give Criscito another chance, and start with Biri since both Andrade and Zebina are missing.

With all these injuries, it might not be that easy to beat Reggina.

Jack, I like your formation a lot, and 4-3-3 works best for us while Camoranesi is injured.

and Tiago should get 90 minutes play..
Guys. What do you think? That Ranieri doesn't like Tiago?

If one guy in this club knows Tiago, it's Claudio Ranieri. I trust his judgement, and if he doesn't start Tiago, I'm sure he has is reasons.

Btw, Tiago was on the bench today (unlike Almiron), and I think he would have been put on the field if it wasn't for the Andrade injury. So, I actually think Tiago will start.

I would give Pavel a rest because his game is more oriented on energy than Del Piero's is. Usually when DP fucks up he tries his best to prove himself in the next game so I'd play him. He was good against Udinese after the poor display for Italy so I would give him the chance to bounce back again. He is our captain and icon after all.

Buffon starts in goal of course.

We have a few options at the back which I wouldn't mind seeing. Grygera can play right back with Chiellini moving to the centre and Molinaro coming in at left back, or Salihamidzic can play right back with Grygera taking up a central role. We could even use both Grygera and Chiellini as centre backs.

In midfield Tiago needs minutes. I would play him instead of Nocerino or Nedved. Zanetti has been our best player so far this season so he starts as usual with Almiron or Nocerino completing the trio.

DP, Trez, Vince up top. They worked well together at times in Rome so I expect them to do even better in Turin against weaker opposition. Palladino can come in for DP in the second half.

For me .. anyone to score any amount of goals and Buffon gets his first clean sheet this season would be ideal ..

It's not a pretty figure to have 6 goals conceded in 4 matches .. way too much .. even with our considerably weaker than usual defense ..

I hope Ranieri thinks it is good too.
It looks really good, but how bout Salihamidzic on the Rb and Grygera playing in CB with Criscito..I really thought he was very strong today, and he doesn't like to go up the flanks anyway, well i suggest this maybe because i really dont wanna see Legrottaglie on the starting 11 also..
And yes,a clean sheet will be great..

with all the injury problems we have its quite hard to rest some key players. With no camo and marchionni we cant really rest nedved or we have even less creativity. But maybe something like this:

----------------Buffon---------------
Biri -- Grygera -- Criscito -- Chiellini
Brazzo -- Zanetti -- Tiago
Iaquinta -- Trezeguet -- Palladino

Although brazzo isnt as good as camo, he has played on the wing for bayern(instead of playing nocerino on the wing), and i dont see reason why palladino shouldnt be given a chance. Tiago didnt play yesterday, so he should be fresh and fit.
