must say trez's second goal was a great finish with his weaker left foot most strikers would have taken an extra touch to get the ball back on to their right foot and the chance would have been gone.

defence did look a bit shaky at times but grew as the game developed they have come in for a lot of critisim but will improve with games together.

i still prefer sali at right back instead of dodgy zebina, any player ratings??

Also I still mantain Chiellini as a CB would be the asnwer to our defence..He is a monster in that position, the only problem is we need a good LB since Molinaro hasn't convinced me at all..

Dear funs.
First of all, congretulations for the begining of our future glory days.
I am a little angry about that goal in overtime. It should be 5 0.
Althought this game can not show our real strentgh or our weak places, because we were playing in front of Livonro goal all the time,it is good that we start with this result.
I am impressed with Almiron.Without doubt, best newcomer on the match.Fine, fine player.
Very good move that he is here.
Andrade was solid also.
DP standard good,Trez should score more of these occasions, but I want to notice one player.
Mighty,mighty Nedved.
This icon of Juve is incredible.
He was playing like he is 24 years old.
He is on the end of his career? No way.He can play in every major club in Europe if he is in this shape.
He shows to everyone what is professionalism.
Chellini was good also.
Again,congretulations.
P.S. I like last years shirts more.I do not like the red colour at all.

I disagree about Del Piero's performance, but I don't find Iaquinta-Trezeguet a logical combination. Today it worked, but in the future Palladino should come on for Del Piero. Or perhaps even start Palladino over Del Piero, who's very good at coming off the bench.
DP's touch was on and he created the first goal which was definitely the most important. I'll agree that he was slow but I don't think he played poorly at all.

It's funny to see Iaquinta get so much praise when he scored a penalty which he dived for and then got as lucky as you possibly can for his second. His one good play was the pass for Trezeguet's second goal.

It worked today because the midfield was doing a great job moving the ball forward and helping build attacks. At times where the midfield is shut down, you need a player like Del Piero or Palladino more on top. I think Ranieri saw that the midfield with Nedved on top were doing a great job bringing the ball to the box, this is why he left two foxes in front of the goal.
