What surprises me is that people seem to think Del Piero did well. He was okay, but you simply expect more from him. He was hogging the ball at times, which annoys me, but on the other hand he's also the one who can pull us through difficult moments because he can hold the ball like that. He was also looking quite slow. Perhaps it's all a question of match fitness. I'm not saying he was awful, but we all know he can do a lot better. And God, I hope he will.
Ehhhrrmm, sounds familiar....

I'll have to agree on one point,Milan players know how to win important matches as they do in the CL & thats why they are so succesful in europe, but against smaller teams in serie a they are not consistent at all & u will see that in the coming week, they could win a game by 3 or 4 goals & put a good performence & then come back & draw or lose the next match.
I just wonder if this will be the season that their linchpin, Clarence-the crossed eyed lion- Seedorf fails to keep them going. He is a most intriguing and begrudgingly good player, who keeps them ticking. But if he moves any less than last season, will he make the pitch in time for kick-off?

Has he, by the way, the largest posterior in football?

OMg I have to step in here!! first of all thank GOD that none of u will ever coach Juve!! 2nd of all as soon as Tiago is fit to play 90 min. he will never see the bench,he is more of a complete player than Almiron, zanetti or Nocerino will ever be!! just wait & see,if ranieri or any coach coached juve later had tiago in the team & was fit, this guy will never be a substitute!!I dont think we payed all this money on a player just to put him on the bench if so than Tiago is leavin in January, any team in europe will dream of havin him!!
Shut up, douche. YOU have to step in, the mighty football expert will teach everybody a lesson. :disagree:

Watched the extended highlights last night.

Looked a very solid performance, nothing spectacular.

We probably deserved to win 2-0.

A tad too late but I thought we played well. I like 1 touch football and its refreshing to see Juventus play that way.

Kudos to Ranieri for letting them play that way and long may it continue.

Livorno were not the best team in the world with Loviso and Galante the stand out of a very average bunch but a win is always nice expecially when it was done with nice movements.

I have seen rationgs by a lot of people but I would not have given Dp and Nocerino more than 5 as they did not deserve it. I did not think Almiron was very good either as zanetti was the better player in the middle of the park

Chiellini was up there with the best performers on the nite and I was not particularly impressed with Salihamidic

Good news is that they would get better which bodes well as they look like they could do some good things once they are all fit.

I do not think Nocerino should ever be played on the right hand side as he seems like a very good player and i don't want him ruined by tossing him about.

Trez was even moving all over the place which was surprisingly but good to see.

At least we have permutations in the middle of the park with Nocerino, Zanetti, Almiron and Tiago fighting for 2 places which is always good.

I cannot wait for the Cagliari game after another good win at parma and this time I can see it live
