Someone is gonna have a paycut .. huh ? :p ..

I don't know why the hell he chose this time to say such a thing ... I mean he will just create something in Inter's dressing room .. and we Bianconeri won't love him again ..

No, it's not because i dislike him. Even when he was at Juve or even when he was playing for Ajax i've always said [don't know if you were here] that he's overrated and isn't really a threat.

He's the kind of player who likes to chew the ball, trying to do it Denilson, Ronaldinho and Zidane stuff but he never seem to impress me.

He can't shoot outside the box, isn't that good finisher and we can all tell that from his Juve days, he's good in air, doesnt defend well.

I'd consider the so called fat Ronaldo who is at Milan a threat, someone like him is a real threat.

Just like the Adrian Mutu dilemma, just because he scored some goals this season people were thinking he's a big threat and can make a diff.

There's a quality thing in football, and Zlatan doesn't has that quality IMO.
He tries to do tricks and sometimes he fails but there is no doubt in my mind that he is a threat. He might not be able to shoot outside the box but neither can Trez and he still scores a shitload for us, Ruud is a great tap in merchant aswell. Strikers vary in qualities.

What about their starting line up and their formation ?
Can we predict it and should we set our formation according to theirs ?

According to Gazzetta :
Julio Cesar (he's ok and he'll play on Sunday)
Maicon-Cordoba-Samuel-Chivu
Figo-Dacourt-Cambiasso-Zanetti
Ibrahimovic-Crespo

It's Capello's 4-4-2 with many fighters and ball winners in midfield

I think we should crowd the midfield to break them down...
how about a 4-5-1 formation?!!!
----------- Nocerino-------Zanetti............
Camo---------------Tiago----------Nedved-----
----------------------Trezeguet/Alex-------------

Though I think he is trying to credit himself those two scudetti... :smoke:
Looking back at the words he said, i am trying hard to find out where he credits himself but I am failing. I see him giving credit to the whole team by using the 'we' repeatedly.

Something else about Zlatan, he went to Inter but he never said a bad word about Juventus, the old management or any of the players. The hate Zlatan got from some Juve fans was just because of Capello, nothing is the player's fault.

I actually like Zlatan. He seems to be faithful to the team he is at most times.
Seven will argue with you about this one, he thinks that Zlatan cares about himself first then about the team but personally I think it is a normal behaviour. Any human being chooses a university major, a job, a career for the good of himself not the good of the school, company or whatever. He seems to be faithful because he gives his best because he wants to be a good player.

Well caring about, and respecting/being faithful to the team are different things. What I mean is that he won't take away the fact that we won 2 Scudetti fair and square on the pitch. Plus we have been instrumental is helping his career develop so it could have come from that too.

Give them NOTHING, but take from them EVERYTHING :pint::pint:
nice...but stop quoting 300 :D

Rab, I am sorry but you are just being biased. With Capello, Zlatan was given all importance and he wanted everyone to pass the ball to him, even Kovac was started because he's better at long balls that reach Zlatan, remember?

Zlatan with Inter is a totally different player, he has developed to something different, he does keep the ball with him more than other players but he produces something out of it. He's big and it is hard to play physical against him. He's smart and he can pull out something out of nothing.

I am not exaggerating if I say that 85% of Inter's success this season is solely because of him and our only hope to really paralyse him is for Mancini to play him alone or with the out-of-form Adriano.

Speaking of which, with all the trouble that Adriano is passing by and the shit he's getting from Inter, I'd like to give him a shot at Juve. If he leaves the shitty atmosphere in Milano he can can come back to the dangerous forward he once was.
Agree with the whole post. Zlatan has changed quite a lot, has matured and has become more of a team player now.

I'd also like to have Adriano at Juve, and have been saying it for some time. Hopefully we will give them Belardi and they will give him to us :D

I see this as a dead-lock, 0:0 draw with some really ugly football, though TBH a loss would not shock me at all.
i see it as a high scoring draw (2-2)

he didn't say that now, he said them last Summer when he joined Inter, the writer just used them now to substantiate his article

Exactly, once again, he got hated cause Del Piero was dropped for Zlatan, even though that brought the best of out ADP, and because of that he probably got called up to the World Cup, apart from being a Lippi favourite

I dont hate Ibra. and its normal he mentions "we" as the whole team won those two championships-which he was a part of the team".
Plus, its just strange timing to bring this issue up again!

No matter what you say about him majority here will hate him.
But if we look at the things with cool-head we'll see that these are wise words and arguing what you've said is silly and it will be just for the sake of arguing.
If anyone else said what Zlatan has said about the two scudetti won on the pitch, people would have praised him. If anyone else said that his Juve of 2005/06 was better and much more professional than his Inter of 2006/07 he would have become majority's hero.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic is saying this while playing for Inter. You must have guts to do that.
People actually hate him only (ONLY) because their idol was warming the bench while Zlatan was playing. They don't hate him because his form was poor in his second year with us.

If someone wants to label me as Zlatan fan, not a Juve fan, then all i can say to him/her is one big FUCK YOU, and yes, i am his fan. I still love all ex-Juve players, except for Inzaghi, and i'm a big fan of Zlatan as a football player, as much as i am a fan of Messi as a footballer, Totti as a footballer or Kaka as a footballer.
Oh, and i'd welcome him back in Juve at any time. I love Juve so much that i want only the best for them, and Zlatan is certainly one of the best, if not THE best option for our attack, as Del Piero's successor.
I'll cheer against him, swear at him and spit on him while i watch him play against us but i'd welcome him at Juve with both hands and i'll always enjoy watching his unique way of playing football.
