How true. Sorry Andy, but we can't take what was written in that book for face value.
I'm sorry, what were you saying? Are you telling me an award-winning author does not have his facts straight and Chievo actually does have a large fanbase? Before you comment, perhaps you should read it..

In fact, if it was Lazio or Roma, half the book would probably be dedicated to mudslinging.
What you don't understand, though, is Parks does not write about Chievo in every chapter, only one or two. He does not bash his crosstown rival every chance he gets because who in their right mind would want to read a book about mudslinging? Parks doesn't even take cheap shots at Chievo, even when he has the opportunity to do so. He keeps it objective as possible when talking about your hated rivals.

Does this have any bearing on how Chievo will play Sunday?

 Nope. What you don't understand, is the fact that gialloblu don't even consider Chievo as a real rival. Since Chievo is such a small club with no real passion whatsoever, means that Verona's ultras don't even consider them worth hating.

Do you guys know when Thuram will be back?
Isn't he back already? He should be fit for Sunday's game.

I say 3-0 to Juve, two for Trez, one for Zlatan.
