I am very disappointed with today's performance. We did hardly create any chances, our central midfield wasn't working very good.

Marchionni would have been the perfect replacement for Camo, but unfortunately he is not available atm. Please let Nocerino never play RM again. This was a catastrophe. Tiago did only wake up for the last 10 minutes when he was really active. Nedved was trying hard, but could not make an impact today.

Iaquinta, hmmm, he did not do much wrong.

Positive surprises can be found in the defence. Criscito was really good and Biri played a solid RB, okay performances by Chiellini and Andrade, too.

Del Piero was quite good today. He had his chances and was a bit unlucky to hit the post and the crossbar, he could have turned the game around.

Good game by Udinese, very clever, and Di Natale was just awesome.

Who are these people in Juventus? Cristico,Nocerino,Almiron? Who are they?!

God damnn,Palladino sits on thw bench,Almiron makes a reaction in me: look,we have someone that looks like Veron but plays like Nicky Butt without aggression,Cristico is so small that he's frightened by Di Natale,Birrindeli; thank you but your place is in staff or in museum as an monument. Rather Pesotto than you. Andrade can't belive that he moved into a bigger shithole than his beloved Deportivo and definitely cries now after the match. Buffon ask's himself; is this the dumbest "I'm staying here" move of my life. Trezegoal is hot-cold,he knows he can't play football and that the fans will understand that, cuz they do that over 5 years now. Nocerino has that eyelook: "Look papa,I'm in juve shirtttt, yessssss!!! Please don Claudio, let me play, even on right flank(please camo, break a leg)",Zanetti tries and he tried all of his career but nothing actually happened. Del Piero also tried, but something happened,in his career aswell as in this game.

A game to forget then and learn that it won't easy this term. Napoli scored twice today with zalayeta in the score sheet. To rely on nedved or camo isn't a solution IMO. Ranieri should work on something else. That said, we need a creative mid.

Now I will spend a week worrying about what Roma will do to us next weekend, IF we play like we did today - but I don't see us (with the players we have and are available) playing any different.

this performance is what we have to expected after the transfer period.
our defence is just weak and gets owned by every striker.
andrade isn't really the rock we need and criscito needs much more time to grow.
also all of our rb are useless. in midfield we r lacking much creativity. without camo we r f*ck up. nedved is too old to take the game in his hand. tiago is just a waste of money and almiron did not show the performance of his preseason. and for iaquinta i have no words left

Almiron said in an interview that we can push for the title, but with him playing like that, he should just go back to the locker room and eat his words
I think Almiron forgot that he was supposed to be playing for Juve, not Udinese.

Channel 5 showed a replay of the goal, and were discussing whether or not it could have been interpreted as off-side. (You know me well enough to know I would have said yes). When asked if Juve would complain, Hodgson said there was no point.

I think we lost a lot, when Camo went off. We just never picked up after he went off.

Farina was his usual m****rf****ng match-fixing self.

Individually our defenders were good, as a unit they were horrible!!
That can be said for the whole team, even though I was disappointed in Almiron today. No one player played bad, I saw them giving 100% but there was no cohesion. So if the players aren't to blame today then the blame has to fall on Ranieri, we just weren't prepared for Udinese and Ranieri is to blame.

We started off well with Camoranesi and Nedved able to create spaces and supply good balls. When Camoranesi went off injured the team became sad and slowly they started to become clueless. The defense line is shaky as usual and thankfully Asamoah's attempts were really high and not threatening.

The second half was even worse, letting in a goal early and still playing in the same sad, depressing way. Two changes in that did not do any difference at all.

Udinese were a very bad side and Juventus didn't have a clue on what to do. At least Udinese knew that they should not have let a goal in and they succeeded.

One thing can be said is that Del Piero hit the post three times today.

Buffon 6: He was not tested and the goal is not his fault

Birindelli 5: Very slow in the back and offers nothing

Andrade 6.5: He was active but without offering something extra

Criscito 6: Did his job well

Chiellini 6: Also did what he had to do

Camoranesi 6.5: He was excellent until he got injured. The match would have ended differently had he stayed.

Zanetti: 6: He did a good cover and I don't understand why was he subbed.

Almiron 4: What was he doing?

Nedved 6: He was really good, winning freekicks and trying but without translating his work to what we need

Del Piero 6.5: Our best player, he was very unlucky not to score. He also did well to help the team.

Trezeguet 6: Had a couple of missed chances, not his day either.

Nocerino 5: He is not an RM. All he did was cross horrible crosses.

Tiago 5: Did nothing to be mentioned

Iaquinta 5.5: Nothing to be said there either.

Thinking of it, Ranieri did make many not logical decisions.
Nocerino for Camo wasn't that bad, because it was 0:0 at the time, but it also wasn't of any use. You can put Nocerino as a RM but you need someone like Salihamidzic behind him, with whome Nocerino can do something up-front, not someone like Birindelli who never gets in attack. Nocerino was alone in the right side and he can't do shit there alone.
But we didn't really have someone else for RM after Camo left the pitch, did we ?

Tiago for Zanetti and Iaquinta for Trez ! What was that for ? We were 0:1 down. I agree that Iaquinta should have came in, but why to replace Trezeguet ? What did we change ? And why Zanetti out and not Almiron ? It's not like Almiron was more dangerous or more useful than Zanetti in attack and it was obvious Almiron is out of form.
Iaquinta for Nocerino should have been the only substitute and only then, if we were still down he should have let Palladino for Almiron.

I know it's easy to be a general after the battle, but even at the time when Ranieri made the substitutes i didn't know what's the point.

Better luck next time. We'll need it

Ranieri

- Camo's injury f*cked up everything.
- Almiron sucked ass, should have subbed him instead of our best mid Zanetti.
- Nocerino is NOT a RM. Could have played Iaquinta there it would have been better.
