I don't agree at all, he made the right decisions all the time and he ran perfectly. Without him we wouldn't have won the game, perhaps we'd even lost it.
He did indeed run perfectly but he didn't make the correct decisions all the time. He did some brilliant things on the ball and scored a pivotal goal, but I think he should be getting a few more of those headers from set pieces on target. If you look at my ratings you'll see that I thought Zlatan to be the best player on the pitch, but he doesn't deserve a rating of 7.5, like you gave him.

Today we saw a different Juve than the one one we saw play against Palermo last week. For this match Juve opted for an attacking formation playing 4-3-1-2 and it worked great only 36 secs after kickoff we were already 1-0 ahead thanks to Zlatan's nice strike from close range. Del Piero played good he almost earned himself a penalty but the referee did not give it, I believed it was a penalty anyways he got an assist for Camoranesi's beautiful and very important goal, which gave us a comfortable 2-0 cushion against the strong Udinese. Udinese woke up after Juve's second goal in the second half and starting playing nice football and even scored! but it just wasn't to be because the linesman called it offside much to the dismay of the Udinese players and their coach because it was not offside. That goal would have definately changed the complexion of the match because David Di Michele scored in the 92min!. Anyways it ended 2-1 a good match but Udinese much to their credit outplayed us in the second half.

One of DP's runs in the second half was magnificent. He got the ball from Zambro, turned his marker, skipped away from one challenge, left a defender for dead with a neat turn and played the ball into Zlatan :thumb:

Andy gave him 7 as well and I believe that is the rating he deserves.
The goals always pushes the ratings up with about 1 and I think he's worth 6.5 without it. There for he deserves 7.5! :irritate:

pecker would give him 13
I gave him 7.5 not 13. :howler: I don't understand why your being a ***** either. I wasn't thrilled at all when we signed Zlatan, but at this point I definatly am.

I'd say the goal gives him an extra 0.5 hence me giving him 7.

ME NEITHER!

And Stuart: YES HE DOES!
That means he was perfect and if he was perfect he would have scored more than once, when we will play real he sould be a little more concenrated all the time, but he was good enough, just not perfect

What are you guys bagging on pecker for? If he thinks Zlatan deserves a 7.5 then that is fine.
True, it's his opinion, but I disagree with it and that's all I said. I'm allowed to disagree with opinions, am I not?

I believe gazzetta gives 1, or i'm pretty sure they give 1 extra for goals.

They don't add on a specific number for goals. When Montella scored his hat-trick earlier on this season he got an 8 so are you trying to tell me that without the goals he would've gotten a 5? I don't think so. In Italy's newspapers 6.5 is good, 7 is very good and anything above that is brilliant. IMO Zlatan was very good, not brilliant.
