Well if you remember the match last year against Samp at home Diana scored the first goal and after that Novellino advised his boys to put 10 players behind the ball at all times...I could see him doing that again if they get the lead. That is why it's important for us to score first so they have to take chances and eventually make mistakes.
yeah i remember that too.
I saw the milan game this year. They only scored twice on the counter.Novellino put 10-min behind the ball, and i think he was lucky to beat milan.
It is essential to score first. And if we could score early that would just destroy their plans.
looks like the goalscorer against us last time, Diana is staying on the bench. And we have and old juve player Gasbarroni is playing on the right.

I want to see Blasi in the middle cuz it will be a physical battle and whos better than blasi for that.. also we need him to close down volpi especially.

on the flanks whoever is playing there will have to keep tonetto and gasbarroni on their minds.

The center backs will have to take extra concern cuz Bonazoli isnt an easy player to mark.
Here is wat i think
-----------abbiati-------------------
--zambo--kovac-----thuram---chiellini---
--camo---blasi-----puma--------mutu----
---------alex---------trezi----------

forza juvee

it will be interesting to see how the defense performs without cannavaro. hope thuram is in good form now following his rest.

i would prob like to see blasi instead of giannichedda too.

if we win this game without buffon, cannavaro, vieira, nedved and zlatan that would be very impressive against a good team like sampdoria.

i was going to include zebina on the list but said no.

looks like the team will be

abbiati

zambro thuram kovac chiellini

camo emerson gianni mutu

DP trez

hope mutu and camo continue their good form, this is a very important match juve need this victory.

also i think empoli for some strange reason will cause milan problems, and maybe steal a draw

Milan probable: Dida; Serginho, Simic, Costacurta, Cafu; Seedorf, Pirlo, Gattuso; Kaka; Vieri, Gilardino.

not the greatest backline so lets hoe empoli have the courage to attack also i hope vieri does not score so his confidence is still low when juve come to town

here is empoli line up young player tavano is meant to be good.

Empoli (probable): Berti; Buscè, Coda, Pratali, Bonetto; Moro, Ficini, Almiron; Tavano, Vannucchi, Pozzi.

did cap say cannavaro will def be rested.

hope abbiati is fully fit and plays a good game to lift his moral.

i hope to see this game live on setant sports but i dont have the channel so i hope the local pub will turn it on for me although they will be inclined to show shitty carling cup action.

although i know the bar man and he like italian football so im very hopefull. i cant wait for this match.

it will be tough but yet ideal preparation for milan

maybe resting a few players has some other positive affects players like kovac and even thuram will be trying their best for to get selected alongside cannavaro against milan.

mutu will be trying everything in his power to but in a display worthy of him keeping his place.

and Dp and trez will be trying to get the place next to zlatan for the milan game.

i think the team will be good enough to win.

on another note i think emerson will be happy when vieira is back so maybe he can get a rest then

yes they should be good enough,i am just thinking this could be a baana skin. that said hopefully it brings the best out of the players who are not first choice and we can do it

it certainly will not be easy, but the fact is samp beat juve last year and have already beaten milan so juve will not be underestimating samp, which is a danger when resting players, but all the players realise and expect this will be a though game that is as important as the milan game 3 points is 3 points.

so i think juve will battle to a tough victory, 2-1 or 2-0

Even the worst team in the world may win a game or two after going down 1-0 and this is not my point... I'm talkin about our fighting spirit that we've lost since Capello was in charge...

I believe If we concede a goal first against Sampdoria then we will not be able to recover...

bullshit i have seen most juve games this season and although some games they underperform they always show a fighting spirit and a hunger to close down opposition and make them work hard that is the juve ethos.

with the exception of the bayern game which was a once off occassion.
