DC was terrible, as was our defence. And it's too late to bring in any more good defenders. We're stuck with this.

Props to Krasic. He really grew in the 2nd half. Opened up play and showed his talent. I credit our first 2 goals to him. If only he had scored his 1 on 1 chance, we'd have won this.

Forza Krasic!

Today was a reminder of the mediocre coach we have in charge
That change to 433 was just mind numbing. Quag, Del Piero and Iaquinta in that system is laughable, Del Piero can't run for shit, Quag is not exactly that type of forward either, the only one that semi can do it in that formation is Iaquinta.

The positives is that our attack is beginning to improve, thanks to Krasic and Pepe playing well above his normal level. DN should have kept Krasic or Pepe in the game and subbed in Lanza instead of going into that mutation that wanted to keep on playing as a 442, the midfield just disappeared after the switch.

I don't think it has so much to do with concentration. Personally we conceded goals because Motta was utter garbage - well our defence at that but our fullbacks and rudimentary errors really cost us. We continued creating chances, we fought back, and that was good to see.

Achievement of the day: Juve scored 3 times in one game.
That's a pretty big achievement actually. Too bad our defense sucked enormously today. Bonucci and Chiello weren't anywhere as solid as I was expecting, and Motta was kept on for far too long, he looked VERY tired and it's no surprise the goal came from his end.

Before the game I'd have felt OK with a draw, but after our performance until the 65th minute I couldn't accept less than a comfortable win
full backs, Storari in the 2nd goal, and DP's slow playing and decisions ruined it

but we got positives as well, Melo (most of the time), Krasic looked good
Quag and Pepe were fine

It looked like we created more chances in this game than in the whole of last season :D Guess the team still needs time to gel and the defense is a question

There is one conclusion here...

Our defence can conseed more goals than our attack can score.

We have a pathetic wing backs, thats a fact... Motta and DC were joke. I praise Pepe, Krasic, Melo and Giorgio for the match, they put one hell of a performances. We were also a bit unlucky not to score one more, but thats foodball..

For those who defended Storari, the 3goals should be dedicated to them.

One's understand that his fullbacks and CB's aren't the best defenders in Italy, no one disagrees here, but to have such a lazy goalkeeper like Storari is something painful to watch.

Bari 1-0 Juventus, re-watch the goal, yes it was fantastic goal we conceded, but re-watch the way Storari jumped. He didn't even jump 50cm let alone trying to save the ball. Had he at least tried I wouldn't be bitching.

Samp 3-3 Juventus, I will not comment on the 1st goal conceded (though I know for fact Buffon would have most probably saved this and who knows maybe Manninger because the shot wasn't that powerful.

But the 2nd goal, that was even a weaker shot than the first goal conceded and easier for Storari to catch or at least move it out of his sight.

3rd goal, I honestly expected him to come out of his goal when the cross was made and catch the ball. FFS, that's the easiest things a goalkeeper can do. HE STICKED IN HIS PLACE and conceded a goal between his legs. LAZY, LAZY, LAZY.

Manninger from now on, please.
:agree: Cassano's shot was not very powerful, and he could've easily parried it away. He should've come out for the 3rd goal also.
