let's play with some balls like we did with bari in the 1st half...let's be more careful in defence...the counter will hit us hard. Keep possesion, and draw 1st blood and we will win
Most importantly, Chiellini and hopefully Bonucci should learn how to pass the ball to the goddamn midfielders instead of launching them whenever they reach the ball.

It's incredible how good defensively Chiellini is but more useless than Molinaro with the ball. The guy does nothing but launches balls out, either to throw in or to corner for the oppositions or just strike it anywhere possible:confused: instead of calming down the play, open up space, push forward with the ball to help midfielders. He's not learning I'm afraid.

There's this thing with most defenders, they get it and calm down only when they're old and more experienced.

Vidic, Ferdinand, Terry, Nesta in his prime, Puyol etc, it didn't take them long to learn this. It looks like it will take Chiellini a life time:wallbang:
They all look like they were smart in school, Chiellini looks like the guy in the back with this face :superhapp picking his nose.

I love him!!

I think it's not Puyol who pass the ball out of defence but Pique. He usually goes forward changing with Busquets.

I don't think he was "calm" earlier than Chiellini will be. :)

Players' strike brings Serie A to a halt
Friday 10 September, 2010
The Italian Footballers' Association has announced its decision to strike on the weekend commencing September 25, bringing Serie A to a grinding halt.

The AIC is protesting at the renewal of Serie A's collective-bargaining agreement.

Milan full-back Massimo Oddo read out the following statement: “The AIC, in accordance with the teams in Serie A, has decided that they will not take to the pitch on the 5th round of the season on September 25 and 26 in protest at the introduction of the new contractual regime.”

The highest profile match to be effected will be that between Roma and Inter.

When asked to explain the decision, Oddo said: “The players are fed up with being treated like objects and not like people.

“We are dealing with human rights here,” he concluded.
